If you need running shoes, this is the place to go! The team was thoughtful and asked if I needed help/recommendations. From there they provided a fitting and asked about my needs and goals with the shoes. After trying a pair or two on, they gave open and honest feedback about how the shoes fit, which I appreciate. They helped identify what was the best fit for my foot and my expectation of the shoes. I highly recommend Wakefield running company for when you need a good pair of athletic shoes.

I went in to get my first pair of sneakers after recovering from ankle surgery. I cannot tell you how knowledgeable and caring the saleswoman was. She asked how it had happened, measured me and watched me walk to determine the perfect pair of shoes for me. I felt bad as she was surrounded by boxes as she tried different brands to get the right fit (then had to accommodate my style choice :-) !) I left the store confident with my shoes and felt very well cared for. A very rare feeling these days. I am so thankful I went in.

I desperately needed new sneakers for walking. My feet hurt, and my current shoes didn't feel good. By the time I left, I had a new size shoe, and my feet didn't hurt. I went for a walk right away!

I am a senior who has to carry a cane and needed new shoes that fit well. I called the a few days before to talk to someone about my foot problem to see if they had shoes that would fit me. The young girl was very nice and helpful. she told me they could order my size to fit properly. I went to the store a few days later and had the rudest customer service women I have ever met! She told me they did not have the style shoe I needed. She handed me a couple of pairs of shoes to try that were very narrow and told me I had to push my foot in them. I told her I could not do that because my foot hurt. In a very rude manner she then told me that " The name of this place is called Running Shoes" Your doctor should not have sent you here"! Terrible experience!

At the store was a young man name Will. Every nice and efficient. It was busy but I have to say they handle it with kindness, smiling and helping out. I thought it went smoothly. You know going in a shoe store but I have to say it was a wonderful experience. Thank you shoe company for having such nice employees. By the way, I bought two pairs of shoe.
