“After reading the reviews, I decided I just had to make an appointment to set up adding a car to my policy. Joanne was extremely efficient and helpful. When another client described it as ‘having my hand held’ I just knew I wanted that too! In no time my policy was updated, DMV paperwork filled out and printed, not to mention she made the DMV appointment for me right then and there!
