I called to check about disposal of oil when I got I first went in and asked where to bring oil inWent and got the oil placed it on the counter as instructedThe a lady possibly the mgr came over a emphatically said I can’t take any more oil !! Repeatedly!When I said I called ahead she still refused to take it an seemed to question if I actually calledShe borders on being rude to customers !

I would like to comment about John in the Wakefield AutoZone store. He was very pleasant and helpful when I was there making a purchase. I also asked him a separate question about my car, and he was very honest and knowledgeable. He was very nice to interact while shopping at the store and getting my windshield wipers put on.

Recently I went to AutoZone twice to purchase brake light and running light bulbs for my 2011 VW Jetta - staff there was knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, and kind. They secured these items quickly for me and the prices were not bad either.

My daughter goes to URI. I told her to go to AutoZone and ask if they could check a fuse for her heater in her Jeep.Nope no help at all. Thanks guys. I’ll make the trip from Massachusetts to check fuses.Not Happy!

I went to autozone in Wakefield R.I. today the fat guy behind the counter was so unprofessional and incompetent I had to tell him 6 times what I wanted . I did not buy any parts today the guy is so rude and did not know his job. I have never had anyone so unprofessional at a parts store why he is still working there I don't know. but they have never really had anyone there that really knew how to do the job but this guy is the worst so far. I will never go back to autozone in Wakefield R.I. again. I'm giving one star because that is the lowest I can go. I SAY TO ALL HOW NEEDS AUTO PARTS GO TO NAPA THEN YOU GET THE RIGHT PART AND NOT DEAL WITH RUDE HELP ANYWHERE BUT AUTOZONE IN WAKEFIELD R.I.
