A few snafus on our end came up, which pushed the date of install and created a bit of a logistics nightmare for Tom (owner). He worked through it with empathy and efficiency--we're so grateful! Mark showed us a wide variety of colors and styles and even ordered samples of tiles we had found online so we could see them in person before making our final decision. He coordinated the demolition of our old floor and scheduled the installation of both our new floor and backsplash.
When we unexpectedly needed to change the backsplash installation date, Mark was able to adjust the installer's schedule and accommodate us without causing a lengthy delay. His flexibility and outstanding customer service made the entire renovation process much less stressful.
This is not our first experience with Rawlings Floor Covering. They have also installed hardwood flooring and carpeting in our home, and every project has been completed professionally and with excellent workmanship.
