This was my first time needing a storage unit and was shopping around until I found CubeSmart! Was very happy with the assistance supplied by Lewis over the phone and from Joanne at the Wakefield location in person. Very professional and knowledgeable people who provided great service from start to finish. Great pricing on the units and as a new customer I received my first month free ! Cathleen was a great help. I was looking for storage and just happened to drive by and stopped in right before closing time. She was happy to show me a couple of units to see which best fit my needs. Once I decided on the best unit for my needs. She took the proper time to go over everything and didn’t make me feel rushed even though it was after closing time. Definitely recommend CubeSmart in Wakefield.

The manager there is lovely and helpful. However, the corporate side of things here is horrible. I like the facility, and my unit does what I need it to do. HOWEVER, when I moved in a few years ago, my rent was $189. They constantly raise the rent. My rent went from $189 to almost $400!! For what? I have no clue. But it feels very wrong, and I'm looking for a new storage place after the summer if this is not addressed.

Fabulous service, Joanne was fantastic, a true professional showing us the beautiful, clean, climate controlled storages. Easy to get in and out, but esp helpful staff!

I bought a new kayak and it wouldn't fit in my old unit. In a crisis moment I went to the front desk and Margaret, actually cared about my issue and helped me upgrade to a larger unit near the door and I couldn't be happier with her service.
