CVS Wakefield blind-sided me with a substitute for a medication I’ve taken for many years. I cannot swallow the large tablet of the new medication. I now have 3 months worth of a product I can’t use and a huge problem trying to get the correct product! They won’t special order even though it’s the same manufacturer. They won’t even call another CVS to get some. They told me I could drive to Fall River if I wanted.
I spoke to a clerk twice who told me the wrong information. They said the problem was that my doctor didn’t specify (they said they did) and then said because the strength was different (same strength).
According to BCBS a customer has the right to ask for a smaller pill- not your provider. When I asked to speak to a pharmacist she said “He’s just going to tell you the same thing”! So unprofessional and rude!
Either they don’t know the insurance policies or they are too busy to care!

Love the Wakefield CVS. Always look forward to shopping there. It's open 24/7, store is neat and clean and has a nice atmosphere.

We had two people kindly ask if we wanted help as we were searching for things in the store. Very helpful and both were nice people :-). Store had everything we needed while vacationing.

Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone in pharmacy, on the phone!! Even when you leave your number for a call back, they NEVER return your call. Absolutely lousy service/health care.

I'm writing a review about a particular pharm tech working in the pharm. I don't have a name but when I find out I will update. He is the friendliest guy. He knows me by name and is extremely courteous, helpful, patient, and cordial. ________Thank you for your service- You are an asset to CVS and wish you the best of luck. 👊

Pharmacy is rude. Will make you feel like a drug seeker and hold you hostage over filling your prescription. Being a 24 hour pharmacy they won't refill during non traditional hours. You are forced to leave a voicemail to get any answers and when you're called back you are belittled.

Last visit I had a cashier who made me wait while she unpacked a box and put them on a shelf. She was rude and nasty. I have never been treated like that in CVS before. The store was empty except for pharmacy but up front I was the only one. She took her bad mood out on me and when I say rude I mean terrible rude!

A very impressive CVS. It's one of the best I've seen, in fact. Minute clinic and 24-hour opening hours. There's pretty much everything you could expect at a pharmacy and then some. There's a massive makeup and beauty section. Extensive grocery and health sections. There's even frozen dinners for your late night dining pleasure. Try them out. I know I'll be going back should I need a 24-hour store.

CVS stores are not doing right by customers when you have machines replacing staff at checkout. The owner is not doing right by customers.

This store does not deserve 5 stars, I'm just putting as a 5 star so more people can see this. Me and my friends went to Cvs as we normally do, and all we did was try on some sunglasses which we were going to buy, and this lady (her name may have been Cassie I don't remember) started to yell at us saying that people need to buy these and we have to stop goofing off. All we did was stand and try on glasses and we were talking a little bit about how they looked on us. She then said she's done with us going into her shop and never buying anything, which I understand, except for the fact that every time we go in there we always buy at least one thing. She also said that if we ever went to the store and "goofed off" again, her and her employees would kick us out. My friend was holding sun glasses and the lady grabbed them from her hand and asked her if she was going to buy them, she was but she was just really freaked out so she said no and the lady said "that's what I thought." She then escorted us to the check out and we were forced to leave. I always love going to this cvs except that they don't hire good people.

Great pharmacy! Avoid picking up your Rx between the hours of 2:30 - 6:00 the line inside CVS and drive-thru are no longer than a 25 minute wait. If you don't mind the wait...Good for you!Other than that, the staff are knowledgeable and kind. If you experience any issues retrieving your Rx your pharmacist will go beyond measure to help your needs.Don't forget to say "Hello" to Margaret...a frequent customer with special needs who is just looking for help in the store not get yelled at by staff. You're welcome ?
