We drove all the way from Gales Ferry, CT. The store did not have what I needed, but an associate went out or her way to name other places that might have the specific paper I am looking for. I will come back.

Went to buy a Christmas gift for my MIL. Bought a beautiful shawl. Decided a few days later that I wanted to buy another one as a gift. The price had changed and was more than I paid for the original shawl. Decided against the gift.

I just went here and saw a nice necklace choker. I was walking around the store by myself just shopping because I love stores with unique gifts and random stuff like the store hallmark has. As I was walking I was stopped and asked to give the necklace that I did end up buying, to the person so they could put it at the front desk because of some theft policy. I truly don’t appreciate feeling targeted as there were middle school girls in there and they ask me a 20 year old with my wallet in my hand, to hold my necklace when no one else in the store was asked to do so. I ended up spending 76 dollars here which I regret.

I stopped at this store thinking it was just like a Hallmark store...but it's much more than that..The Paper Store is one of the largest family-owned and operated specialty gift businesses in the country. Today, the Anderson family operates 100 stores throughout the Northeast and also in Florida - as well as a thriving eCommerce business -- with over 3,000 employees who make The Paper Store "tick." I got some nice gift items that I needed and I loved the way the store is laid out, organized and the friendly staff. It all started with a small newspaper stand in Maynard, MA in 1964 - established by a guy named Bob Anderson. Each store has departments that include fashion apparel, accessories, spa, home décor, stationery, jewelry, sports, and more from brands like Vera Bradley, Lilly Pulitzer, Jeep, Life is Good, Vineyard Vines and Pura Vida. The Paper Store is a proud Hallmark partner, which ties into the backbone of the company's mission -- to commit and provide stellar service to all Hallmark Gold Crown customers and provide the offerings they know and expect from Hallmark.
