We're away for Christmas vacation and will be back 'SOMETIME in January. 'Don't leave a message. It will not be answered.' If this is your idea of an appropriate business practice, this place is for you. If you'd like a response during business hours, posted as open, look elsewhere. I've been here before, and the owner was ?? somewhere else trying (and failing) to answer customers' questions by phone. Wow.

Sewing machine repair. The owner has been great for years fixing the Miele vac we bought from him when needed, and selling anything needed for it, but his tune-up of my 20+ year old Janome sewing machine just amazes me. I left it for service in January after visiting family asked me to a sewing repair. I realized I hadn't sewn anything in a few years when it kept getting stuck going forward, and wouldn't reverse at all. I picked it up a week later, then just put it away. In March, I pulled it out to start sewing face masks for the COVID-19 pandemic, and I've been sewing every day since - about 2 months now. I don't how he adjusted the tension, but the zigzag is working better than it was brand new! I don't understand it, but I'm very grateful!

I am so happy that this owner repaired my old sewing machine. .You can buy a new one -- yes, you can but they are all plastic and junk-- He knew i needed it as i was in the middle of a project.. It was ready for me in one day and i know that was special and i cant tell you how much i appreciate this service. My sewing machine is running beautifully and i am almost all done with all the curtains for my daughters new home! Thank you so much !

I went to Gary's store in Cranston... not only did he take the time to explain everything in detail, he has an awesome personality.. I went there with two vacuum cleaners, one was worth fixing,. I left with a Hoover windtunnel for a great price. I will be bringing my fixable vacuum to him soon. The price he quoted me is incredible... I'm also going to recommend him to all my friends and family..

Great selection of quality vacuum cleaners across the price spectrum with several select manufacturers. Opportunity to "test drive" any in which we are interested on various carpets and flooring samples. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly sales service from Jing, the owner, who was more intent on finding a good match for our needs and stated price range than on upselling us or in just having us make a quick decision. Then spent extra time explaining the features and proper way to use and maintain it after we made the purchase. Best appliance buyer experience in many years. If you need a new vacuum cleaner, do yourself a favor and take a ride to Wakefield.

The owners of this company are very rude. I have purchased 3 vacuums from them over the years and needed a cord replacement for one. I brought the vacuum in and a few days later called to find out when it would be ready. I was a week and a half. When I asked about getting it sooner I was told to come pick it up. I did not get to pick it up for a few days and after a couple days I got a voicemail from the owner saying to come get it or they will throw it away. Horrible customer service.
