Went to AT&T in Warren to get a new phone and I can’t believe the exceptional customer service I received from Sage and Joe. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They took the time to find and explain the BEST deal. I would definitely recommend them.

Bought a phone for a Christmas gift, the phone was defective, 24hr later brought it back, would not replace. Not happy with the store or AT&T.

This place is awful !! They offer you one deal then 6 months later the deal and bill hasn’t change but only increased and after months, several calls it’s the same answer!!
Store owner I see you respond to comments, why don’t you ask Greg about my complaints and you can respond to me directly because I’ve had absolutely zero results with everyone from corporate to the store !! Trevor too

Went to this store after having a bad experience at the seekonk location, I had a extra line added to my account that I was not informed about at seekonk when I went to the Warren Store Greg and Joe went above and beyond by helping me correct my bill and fix all the problems that other store caused on my account, I will only go here going forward, avoid that Seekonk store at all cost.

Great service was in and out really quick, the workers helped me upgrade my phone really quick, Joe is a great worker never would of guess he's been there less then a month was very impressed!!

I was having trouble with my phone so I went to my local AT&T store. I was fortunate enough to have the pleasure of being assisted by Sage & Eric. (Warren,RI) They were personable, knowledgeable, patient answering all my questions. In they end they saved me money on my monthly bill, I'm thrilled.❤️
