My car was sent to Auto MD by Eddie of Bristol County Auto Exchange. It went in for a rear end that should have take a day (or 2,3). But Steve had it over a month! Steve texted me at 1 am stating the car was fixed. I drove the car home and the brakes went to the floor! Brought it to my mechanic and they couldn't believe the a so-called mechanic could do that much damage. I was sent home with a car in a dangerous situation where the brakes had gone to the floor. STAY AWAY from Auto MD and Bristol County auto Exchange .

Drop by during open hours. The door was locked. A car outside in the parking lot Had the tire off but no mechanic there. So I called and left a detailed voicemail message. I needed my four disc routers and disc pads replaced.Never returned my call

My Honda Pilot was in complete disrepair. I was driving to the dealership to trade it in when I stopped by Auto MD. Steve called me back later in the day with his diagnosis and a price $1100. I called around to 2 local small shops and 1 honda dealership. I was shocked at the quotes I was given for the same services. 1 shop wanted $1860 the other $2200 with the dealership trying to price gouge me at $2900. I'm so glad that I pulled into Auto MD. Steve is knowledgeable and honest. Thank you for saving me on the unwanted cost of a new vehicle. Best shop in the northeast by far...

Auto md is the only shop that I will bring my vehicles ***** is very knowledgeable and has the best prices. He is always 50% cheaper than the dealers with no unnecessary upsells or unneeded repairs. I would give this business 10 stars if possible!!!
