Pharmacy staff helped me with emergency refills for three medications that required insurance overrides and too many phone calls. They were friendly and helpful.

Night time manager was rude and very loudly made a comment about 1 box my son bumped into. Of course he didn't know that i was in ear shot of his comment so yes I retorted back. Im not that kind of parent to let their child make a mess of someone's hard work. But when I walked over with my son to correct what had been messed up I didn't see anything but a single box that he picked up and organized. So where was the mess? He said my son was trying to lay into the aisle but for that to happen he would have knocked down the entire shelf. The entire shelf that was just fine. I even went back and faced it better than how he had left it. Hes rude and needs to keep his voice down if he's gonna make nasty comments. Especially when he doesn't know who he's talking to or about. Do better guys.

My wife was hoid with the pharmacy for well over 40 minutes. When the pharmacy answered her questions she then asks about the drive being open she was told probably not because they were cold. WHAT!!

On hold for 54 minutes. When the tech or pharmacist tried to answer my question, she said she had no idea why the ap said that my Medecine had been delivered yesterday. ( Never received). Said that my med was there, at the store. I asked if the drive up window would be open and she said “No”, “I’m going to close it. I’ve been here since 7 ( am) and I’m freezing.Unacceptable. Simply unacceptable. I am transferring my whole families prescriptions ASAP!

The drive through line is awful! They never have any prescriptions in. I switched to Walgreens

Never answer the phone. The online message always says prescription is ready and 90% of the time it is not. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used.

It would be a miracle if you could get through to a person on the phone in the pharmacy. I guess 20 min on hold isn’t even long enough to wait!

One pharmacy technician fabricated reason why the Pharmacy wasn't open yet after 5pm. Just tell the truth, customers will understand.

I gave a two star for your online pharmacy. It's terrible. You tap on certain areas and it's doesn't go anywhere. You need to do much improvement

I can't use CVS on METACOM Ave in Warren anymore. Waited at the drive up for 20 minutes and when I got to the window at exactly 1:30 they literally closed the shade in my face. There was no one behind me. I called them and the pharmacist got on the on with me and said: "You have a problem with me eating lunch?l." Aggressive. I just hung up. Flash forward three weeks. Called to pick up meds I usually get in the 8 th of each month. Was told I could not pick them up till the 14 th because the month before I picked them up late. I asked if an exception could be made because the prior month I was traveling. When I was told by the attendant could not i I hung up. Pharmacist called me back. I refused the call. So she called me again. I picked up and she taunted me; " You hung up on my assistant? Etc. I told her I did not want to argue with her. She continued taunting me "So don't hang up on people etc. ". The she hung up on me. Overworked, rude, aggressive...all she wanted was for me to explode at her so she could tell me I could not go there anymore. I did not take the bait. Called corporate. And of course got nothing but lip service. CVS...the new Evil Empire.

Was booked for 12:30 flu and COVID shot, was rudely told go out and come back in half hour when I show up 10 minutes early. Then at 12:32 I was told "slight delay," took until 1:45. Whyake an appointment. Go to Walgreens,much better.

This is a great store! The staff is always very helpful. I shop here a lot and the last time I was here I even left my wallet at the counter, I thought it was lost for good, but I came back to CVS the next day when retracing my steps and the worker who helped me the night before had found it and kept it safe for me! When I talked to the girl at the register in the morning she was really helpful and the manager was able to get my wallet out of the safe. I'm really grateful for the above and beyond service
