Solid DG. The Warren store is a far cry from the disgusting cesspools down south. The store is well stocked, and clean. The employees are friendly, unlike what ive experienced in Florida and Georgia.

Best place to shop in Warren, R. I. hands down. Cumberland Farms will not compare with the variety and prices here.

The place is a total mess. Product in the aisles and not put away on the shelves. Stuff not in the right place. Milk spill in the cooler and nobody cleans it. I bet the manager has no college education in running a business. They should hire workers over 40 years old. Kids in their 20s are useless.

First of all the women who claims that she came in at 9:30 and the sales person told her we are closing in 3 minutes that’s not what happened. All workers work hard for very little pay. You have customers who come in looking for problems so they can call and get free gift cards. The woman came in at 9:40 and she was told that we were closing in 15 minutes not 3. We have are jobs to do and if someone is in there after 10 we don’t get out until 11pm. We are being filmed so there is no lying about times . Cameras. So to the lady that said I was disrespectful I wasn’t trying to be at all I needed to get back to my moms house because she was passing anytime and she did. I didn’t feel the need to explain that I wanted to get out of there at 10:30. So before all people tell there stories have your facts right. I was not talking bad about you I was saying I don’t understand why that women thinks I am disrespecting her. That’s all that was said. I do apologize if you think I was disrespectful I really was not trying to be.

I am appalled at the terrible customer service here. Dottie was rude as I walked in at 9:30 saying we close in 10 minutes… I am gathering some items for my home and children and she comes up to me and says we are closing in 3 minutes! At 9:40pm! The store is open until 10pm. I have never had a problem shopping here on my way home from work. I have never had someone be so rude! I am putting my items in my car and the gentleman behind me in line came out and said she was talking about me in the store! What kind of customer service is this? Only come here if you want to be disrespected. Next time I’ll be sure to cash out at 9:59. :)

Every time the girl Erica works the store closes 15-20 before 10pm and the customer service is terrible with her everything is rushed and if you asked any questions she replies she doesn’t have time for “ THIS SHIT”Every time I go in and see she’s on I got back to Family Dollar
