This is the second time I've been in your store. Your cashier is always on the phone texting and speaking on the phone. How do you have customers in the store and she's on the phone while she passed me. These employees should never be on the phone while working. This is the store on metacom in warren I went to. Thank for your time.

This Family Dollar in a strip mall in Warren, RI is located next to an Ocean State Job Lot. It's interesting that both stores have a loyal following since they are direct competitors in many categories. I stopped her to grab some canned goods for a recipe I was making and their prices and selection was good. Pleasant checkout experience as well. The parking lot is huge, so no issues trying to find a place to park.

Great customer service for a small store it had all I was looking for at the time. You could use more people there though. One register open whole all these employees were running their tales off. I am interested in workinh there part time. Please help me in process. I am unemployed right now and this would be perfect.

Used to be good customer friendly store. Not so if you complain. Store does not want to give refund for a product that doesn't have their name on it. I managed to get refund for a defective product with a warning not to ask again. Go to the manufacturer. I bought from family Dollar not from manufacturer. First store I ever saw with this policy. Some friendly staff but management very difficult to deal with. it seems as though this store has different rules than other retailers. I won't blame any single person but I shop there less than half of what I used to. It's really gone down the drain in my opinion. They think they are special but only have some good discounts and not responding to suggestions. Very sorry. I would like to say that this store was not always like this. The management treat me like an ignorant person but I am trained in business management. If the powers that be would pay attention to what is happening it would be great and they could redeem themselves in my opinion.We need a good store around here. I also think the employees suffer from bad management. Most employees are caring. Just remember when you customers walked in the door and we're greeted by a hearty"Welcome to family Dollar"and a big smile. That was as it should be in friendly town of Warren 😋 keep trying.. there's always a second chance if you care.
