My tax consultant was very pleasant and nice to work with but once I recieve my bill the shine has worn off the apple. Not given a invoice to see exactly what I was charged for was ridiculous. As I told them you got me once but you will never get me again. Beware.

As a first time user of H&R Block I called for a quote to prepare a very basic and simple Earnings and Expenses tax return. I was told that it would be around $200. After dealing with a very pleasant and professional tax preparer who spent about 30 min entering my numbers into their computer program, I was presented with a $375.fee minus a $25 coupon. Needless to say I was shocked and declared right there and then that this was my first and last time dealing with H&R Block. Too bad because the employee that I had an interaction with was very pleasant and apologetic
