I have no help getting my internet fixed by these people. I have called too many times. Unplug the router put the plume app on my phone. No internet, now no phone. They told my husband to call the Geek Squad. For all the money they charge I would think they would have better customer service

Some people seem to be having issues with their service. I have lived in downtown Bristol for 7+ years now and have used only i3 Broadband (started off as another company) and I haven’t had any issues at all. I have only moved once though. I bought a arris modem/router combo from the previous company and it has worked since. The price has been better than Cox, which is a big plus. Maybe the issues people are having are location/house related?
Update: I moved and started using the i3 Broadband supplied modem/router rather my own since it was getting old. I am getting WAY better internet speed/latency now, but I am seeing the same random internet drops that others are seeing. I have a feeling that it’s the plume router that is causing the issue.

We're charged for high speed internet.... And yet we're not getting high speed internet... Everything freezes up for 10 seconds at a time, multiple times during the day.. Not to mention that we had to give up on watching TV because the bill was higher than my FULL COVERAGE CAR INSURANCE each month
!!! Total RIP OFF!!!

This is the worst provider ever! No service for 2 days because they don’t have any customer service on weekends. We have no choice in our area so are at the mercy of this terrible company.

Completely ridiculous, I have been completely without Internet service for days. They have claimed they are working to fix it for a week. Following their instructions to move and reset the router may work for a few minutes or an hour, but then reverts to no internet connection. I’m trying to work from home here and I have already run out of Mobile Hotspot data for June. Joker company and clearly not sharing enough information with their customer service, who knows nothing in terms of a timeline or reimbursements.
Edit: AGAIN?! WIFI is down AGAIN?!

After being a loyal customer for many years my internet was cut off due to “noise in my home” without being notified and they still took payment from me. I was paid a month ahead of time. Then I was told when I return the equipment they would reimburse me. 20 days later they say you have to wait a billing cycle to be reimbursed. I’m pretty sure there is some laws being broken here. I was also told they came to my home and fixed the box outside of my home but when I checked the box was missing the front door and was across my yard. What kind of service is that? Another thing is the way these ladies spoke to me you would think I was the one scamming them. Your prices are so much higher than any other company but I was trying to support your small business. My mistake.

The Internet is slow, even though I’m supposed to have the fastest.. They just got rid of more channels and one of them is what the kids love to watch every day every time I go through the channels, there is missing channels. And as somebody said, the cost keeps going up

Have not been happy with the service in a long time. Internet is super slow and the bill goes up every single month. We just can't afford them any longer.

In the 5 years of service I've experienced with this company I can count on one hand the times my Wi-Fi has gone down, I rarely touch my router and the speeds are great. However if there ever is an issue the office is only open 5 hours a day and the after hours people have zero authority to do anything related to your internet there's really no point of having them there after hours at all if they can't do anything.Also, for some reason paying your bill does not automatically turn your service back on, someone has to manually do it at the office. So if you work a regular 9-5 job and come home to no connection you have to wait till 10am the next day when your already at work to call them and fix the issue. Could imagine if you worked at home that would be an issue. Other than that great service in the maybe 3 times I've had to have a tech come to my house they were super respectful and taught me a few things.

I had (business) Internet service with this provider at this location for about 7 years now and I would recommend them! They are great with customer service, I've had so many positive interactions and would definitely recommend them.

I've had exceptional service from i3 for the past 20 years. Much less lag than Cox, and the service hardly ever has outages.
