Absolute JUNK product. Service goes down at least 3-4 times a month so if you work from home, good luck staying connected! Never had this amount of outages with Cox so paying the extra $25 a month for them is well worth your money. Back to them I go, stay far away from this bottom tier service.

I had a problem where my wifi would intermittently cut for a minute or so and then would come back on... I called for service and was surprised that I was able to talk to a human operator immediately with out going through a long menu of phone options,. The service technician came when scheduled and was very courteous and professional... as it turned about a week later out the problem continued to happen and I called. They sent out the service tech..he was apologetic that it was not fixed the first time and and he replaced every component from the wire from the pole to the modem and wifi booster pods...The problem is now fixed and the speed is very fast. I would never have gotten this service from Cox and I am happy that my monthly rate is set for 3 yrs.

I just have to say I have had the BEST service with the employees these past 2 days. After speaking with the tech I couldn't I discovered that I needed a new box. Then everything else was able to handle over the phone. Great service and they were very pleasant! Thank you!

I've been a customer for years, don't bother using their service if you want to game during the day because you will get horrible lag spikes. It seems that they throttle the speeds during business hours or something because it never happens at night. My friend is a costumer who experiences the same thing. And if you want a technician to look at it, they will charge you

Service is ok but they turned off my internet in the middle of my work day because i had missed a payment. No phone call or notice that it was being turned off. When I called to resolve I asked if this ever happens again if I could receive a phone call prior to shut off so I can immediately resolve the issue. The rep scoffed, condescendingly told me I receive a bill every month and said they have 7000 customers. My electric and water would not be shut off without notice. A lot of people work from home these days making internet much more of a necessity.

Absolutely love i3. Affordable prices for their internet speeds. Had them for three years and I am so sad they do not serve where I am moving next! Every customer service interaction has been extremely pleasant as well.

I switched my internet to i3 Broadband about four months ago and could not be happier with the uptime, service quality, speeds, and price.Installation was fast and friendly; the Plume multi-zone WiFi that is included with service is excellent and provides rock-solid signal throughout the house as well as in the back yard.Pricing is generally lower than Cox, for a service that’s every bit as good.Service from i3 is one of the many amenities of living in Bristol County. If you live in Barrington, Warren or Bristol, you should check them out.

I3 Broadband is fabulous. Rarely a problem, but if there is it is fixed in a timely manner. Customer service reps are polite and well informed. Maureen who is the lovely face of I3 is such a pleasure to speak with when paying my bill.

Excellent service and tremendous tech support. I love these guys. U have had them since I moved to my apartment 5 years ago. My rate has never increased, the last thing they want is to cut you off so they really try hard to keep you online with lots of payment plans and extensions. A fantastic company.
