I tried to make a simply request to replace my expiring debit card. After going through five minutes of punching in buttons to answer inquiries I finally got to a live person. After asking the simple question after my expiring card I was once again transferred to another prerecorded instruction. Finally, discussed, I hung up. I will make one more attempt to personally speak with someone at the Warren location to answer this simple question. This institution has grown so downhill in the last few years. Time to look at People's CU?

What a joke of an institution. Trying to make a simple payment online but it's like the bank is doing everything it can do I can't make a payment. Can't wait until I am done with this nonsense.

Working with Amanda Bido Navigant credit union had to be with out a doubt the best loan experience I have ever had! Pleasant customer service, and a stress free process. She requested exactly what she needed from me, rather thank asking for something new every time I spoke to her (like I have experienced in the past with other banks) and the turn around time was so quick that it felt too good to be true. Amanda went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable even with the wire process. I was waiting for the catch or the additional documentation request. I highly recommend working with Navigant and will absolutely be my first call for any future needs.

This bank is the worst bank dealing with fraud. my mother got hacked 4 times and the bank only had her switch accounts but never gave her back the money. Not sure why she even stayed with this bank but I'm taking her out and putting her in BOA because at least they do something about fraud. Last night she got hacked on cash app, she never authorized any transactions and got stolen almost 1,000 which the bank doesn't want to give back to her. And my Power of Attorney paperwork is suddenly missing to my mom's account. Don't go to this bank! Your money is not protected!

Don't even know where to start. Checked my credit report. Had 2 late payments marked by Navigant for my car loan. I disputed it. Because I disputed it, Navigant went and marked 25 late payments on my credit, completely destroying my credit. I am jumping through hoops now to get this reversed and have to hire an attorney. Customer service just keeps repeating the same montra, "We can't reverse information sent to the credit bureaus". But you can send in information with purported late payments years after the late payment? Unfair Lending at its finest. I will never do business with this bank again.

Filed a fraud claim for a check I did not write. Not only did they refuse to refund my money after making me jump through hoops but they yelled at me over the phone. I had to clock the employee handling my case because he was so unprofessional and nasty

Where do I begin.Let's start with calling customer service to speak with someone...well, you need to press at least 3 buttons on the keypad to route you to someone to speak to. Attention business owner, you can transfer money out of the account to an external bank if it is a money market account.Get a pigeon if you wish to bank with Navigant. More efficient and reliable.

My opinion of Navigant has gone downhill in recent years. In early 2022 they froze my accounts without trying to get in touch with me, even though I sent them a note assuring them that the unusual activity they were seeing in the account was from me, the account holder. In fact, it was BECAUSE of the note that I sent them, which they decided was "suspicious", that they froze my account -- even though the note contained identifying information in it to prove that it was from me. If they had tried to reach me before they did that, the whole mess could have been avoided. In other words, they are trigger-happy when it comes to security issues. Also, as time has passed, I have become increasingly angry that Navigant keeps its branches lit up like a Christmas tree all night long every night. This is a marketing tactic. They want their customers to believe that they are working busily all night long, but all they are really doing is wasting energy and contributing to global warming. I'm now trying to find another bank to give my business to. Unfortunately, Citizens is a much worse bank, so they are not an option.

The credit card is horrible!? Don't get it!! I have been on phone all day and still don't know why I have a purchase of 109.00!! They can't answer any questions on phone!! They don't unidentified are talking about!! I will call Monday at the bank!! Horrible card!! Don't get one!!!

I had my account at citizens Bank in Warren every time I use the ATM machine I had problems Machine was never working correctly i finally had it I switched over to this bank never been so happy in my life best thing ever did goodbye citizens bank :)

This was my first experience with Navigant. My business dealing was of a relatively complex nature and everything went flawlessly. This took place at the peak of Covid19 and they still did a great job making the transaction seamless. My primary dealings were with Cheryl. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and and was very accessible at all times. Every staff member I came in contact with was great. This is an institution which offers big bank options with a level of personal service which is almost non existent in today's world. Thank You
