i would give 0 stars if i could.i moved into warren location and was told i would be able to call in and ask for a 1 time 24hr access if i needed it to move in and the manager had said she noted that in my account. i had called to ask for the 24hr access for a weekwnd inwas moving in and the person working gave me a hard time and told me it want allowed even when i had told her the store manager noted it in my account that i could. two days later ingot a phone call stating they would grant me 24hr access for the first month free and then id have to pay for it after that. now a week has past and i get sent an email stating they are terminating my lease agreement and i had 15 days to be out and the district manager at the time had also called me and was verry rude on the phone. so i had no choice to look else wear for storage and when i called to say i was out inhad spoke to a new district manager for the company and he was nice and respectful on the phone. so before you rent with them make sure you have everything in writing from them before you leave after signing the lease papers

I would highly recommend Prime Storage in Warren, RI to anyone looking for a quality storage facility. The location is convenient, safe, and secure. Ashley, the General Manager is always extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. It truly has been such a positive experience since my very first day there

Ashley in the Warren location is the best! Always super helpful! We’ve had two units there for quite some time and they are always safe and secure, no moisture or any unwanted pests!

The ladies at desk are very nice.But…No lighting at all in unit.Raised the price by $180 in one year (during Covid).Expensive and not worth $540/month!When I called to terminate the rental, only then did they offer “to match” new provider price.No thanks.Moved to a well-lit unit. Price is half of what we were paying.
