I observed him greeting many different customers who walked through his doors on Taunton Ave, with the same level of respect he did to me. Bravo! Not many men in the automotive industry do this, especially when encountering women. He literally took the time to gently explain every detail so that I understood it before I left Town Fair Tire. From my wear on the brakes, to the alignment on the car “before” and after. Impressive and enlightening. He even explained the warranty and when to bring the car back for tire rotations and such. “Had an Issue With closing my hood. Key the very kind Lady at the front desk was able to take me in right away and get my hood fixed so I was able to get home safely. She was super nice and helped me through the process and kept me up to date with what the mechanics were doing. The labor was $185 which in my opinion a bit much but they took me in right away and I was back on the road within an hour. Definitely recommend if you want quick service.”

“Fantastic place! Needed to have a tail light fixed, as well as an inspection they went above and beyond. I had forgotten to ask them to check my battery,because I had to jumpstart the car last week, and it was down to nothing. They had checked this They did all service exceptionally and were very thorough with a very reasonable and fair price. My car wasn’t quite ready at the end of the day so they let me use a loaner. I highly recommend Wayne’s And they will now be my go to service facility!”

“This is a rare find. Joe is an experienced mechanic who saves you money with his honest thorough work ethic. He only repairs the essential problem and beats anyone’s prices around even my friends who work out of their backyard. He allows me to supply my own parts and if he has the car apart and I add new related parts he doesn’t charge extra labor. I have never met a more reasonable honest and thorough mechanic who is genuinely a Good Samaritan that cares about your car and wallet. You’ll never go anywhere else!”

“I had my car towed to Jenni Tire Shop late in the after, and only waited around 45 minutes for them to work on my car. Once they started it took less than 15 minutes to finish. I had a new-to-me tire, including labor, and a $2 debit card service fee for only $67! And this was with them being short staffed.”

“I have a large truck with dual wheels in the back. I showed up and was greeted by one of the mechanics who directed me to the " office " after I explained my needs the gentleman came out and inspected the tire confirming that it should be replaced immediately. Do note that I also asked about the 5 other tires. I asked if they were in need of replacement. I was reassured they did not need to be replaced. ( Honest assessment)I would of replaced them all if I had to. But only replaced one which is saying a lot.
