“We were on our way to Rehoboth for a wedding when we got a flat. We only had a donut and were 2 hours from home on a Saturday when everywhere would be closed the next day. We showed up at Town Fair less than 2 hours before closing and explained the situation. Not only did Taylor do everything he could to get us to the wedding as soon as possible, he was fair on the price and gave me a discount on the tire. I couldn’t have asked for more from Taylor and the entire team.”

“Justin was incredibly kind & knowledgeable when I brought my diesel Audi Q7 with an oil leak problem nobody could figure out. He and his mechanic diagnosed the problem within minutes and he was very kind in explaining what needed to be done. Unfortunately by the time I heard about Mill City Diesel, we were moving several states away and the part needed would take a couple of months to arrive. Justin was so very helpful in offering solutions and how to safely drive my car to our new home until I could get it fixed at our new location. Highly recommend this shop because Justin was caring, kind, knowledgeable and helpful — and it was very evident the shop was well taken care of and they were experts in diesel repairs.”

“I have a large truck with dual wheels in the back. I showed up and was greeted by one of the mechanics who directed me to the " office " after I explained my needs the gentleman came out and inspected the tire confirming that it should be replaced immediately. Do note that I also asked about the 5 other tires. I asked if they were in need of replacement. I was reassured they did not need to be replaced. ( Honest assessment)I would of replaced them all if I had to. But only replaced one which is saying a lot. Since they only sell tiresThey did not try to take advantage of me. which shows integrity in my book.I was in and out in under an hour.Thank you up Pete's Tire. I'll def. Be back for any tire needs in any of our vehicles business and personal.”
“I was able to get an appointment the day I called to drop off my flat tire. The service manager was friendly and knowledgeable He picked up the wheel and showed me the location of the sidewalk failure and called me the next morning when the new tire arrived. He also noted that 2 other tires had been mounted backwards. The shop completed all the work and reset the TPM in about 30 minutes at a fair price”

He was a very honest man who could've taken me for a few thousand dollars for a repair but he gave me honest advice after assessing my vehicle and did not even charge a fee because he felt bad for me that my vehicle was in such rough shape. “Having had an inside tire leaking air for several days on our RV, we rolled into the Tire Doctor on 9/12/23 and they got right on diagnosing the problem. They found a leaking valve stem and although they didn't have one quite as long as the one that was leaking, they were able to figure a solution by putting a shorter extension on the valve stem to get us back on the road. Super helpful, quick, and very reasonably priced! Thanks!”

“I brought my car here on a whim. I read the reviews and I literally brought my car here based on what other people said. My car was bouncing all over the road and I was kind of desperate for last minute tire shop. I am the kind of person that goes off what people say, and I have to say having picked up my car from them I am very pleased with the work that they did. Not only did. They diagnose the problem very quickly, they were even able to fix my daughter’s tire on her rental car within six hours. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and charged us a very fair price. They got my car already for inspection and left me feeling very confident that all of my issues were resolved. I definitely will be returning to this tire shop in the near future, if I ever need anything else fixed. it is nice to know that you can go to a mom-and-pop automotive shop and still get the high-quality service and care that you need and expect. My son's Kia Soul was having electrical issues and he gave us some advice as he was very behind and couldn't get to us quickly and we tried to fix it at home but still wasn't working. We then had it towed to his shop and originally it was going to be a couple weeks but he diagnosed it within a day at an extremely reasonable price and he fixed it the next day! So so happy with his service and integrity. Definitely good to have an honest and experienced mechanic and shop nearby as they just moved into that area. Our tow driver also mentioned he uses Joe so that's an added plus.”
“I just bought a new used car and my mechanic found a nail stuck in my tire, but they were out of network for the seller’s insurance. Monro happened to be in network so I called the location and from start to finish the process was smooth and fast. Dropped my tire off on Saturday, ordered tire came in on Monday, immediately installed Tuesday within 30 minutes. Super thankful for the people at this location! I can now enjoy my car :)”

“Great experience!I don’t usually write reviews but …I had a nail in my tire that I wanted patched from the inside.Originally I went to Firestone (just because it’s closer). I made an appointment but it took an hour to be seen just for them to tell me that the location of the nail made it unable to fix. I would need a new tire which they wanted to sell me. I was pretty sure that wasn’t true and I was being taken advantage of so I wanted to try somewhere else.I called Dave’s Tire around noon and got an appointment for 3:30 the same day. I was in and out in half an hour. They showed me the nail that was removed and it only cost $25 (versus $31 quote from Firestone). Everyone was super nice.I know where to go next time! Highly recommend!”

“Staffed by competent, no-nonsense type people. They do quality work, and fast. I had an oil change done in less than an hour, and they fixed the check engine light. I was also given a sheet with diagnostic codes that the computer returned. Useful to have. It was a little on the pricey side (but I do drive a VW and I know foreign cars are more expensive to work on). But overall, happy with the experience.”
