“Only returned the uhaul truck so it was pretty straight forward since I checked out and did everything from the website but there was a uhaul guy there to take the car after I checked out online. Looks like they had a lot of trucks in their inventory.”

By 2day was throwing out all my belongings 2 a dump ! Where is workers Frank Ramone Country kind hearted people who. I was wild if pd. 4 the rental of truck daily. My things would B safe @ ok. “Dealt with Stephen and he was super accommodating. Explained everything for me to the T and fixed the mistakes of a previous location that I had a bad experience with. He kept my son occupied gave him toys and a box truck toy to play with to keep him distracted. He made me feel super comfortable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking to rent or storage to deal with him you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED and i promise you there is no catch. “Both the person who assisted at pickup and the person at drop off were excellent and helpful. At pickup I had originally planned for a trailer but my lights receptacle wasn't working so the gentleman quickly helped get me into a nice 10 foot box truck instead. I plan on coming back to have my lighting fixed and do business here again when needed.”

“I can only comment on the propane refill service as, that is all I used.I drove into the parking lot and easily found the propane service area. I went inside to let the staff know I was there and paid for my refill.Within minutes a female staff member was at the propane tank quickly filling up my tank.I would say overall it took about ten minutes - I would come here for propane again. Price was slightly cheaper than my usual place.”

“Overall the process of renting a 10 foot truck was relatively straight forward at the East Providence/ Broadway U-Haul. I was able to make and then modify the reservation online, and/or over the phone. When I showed up, I was able to do the paperwork relatively quickly. The young man who helped me was pleasant, but I think he could have come out briefly to the truck with me to go over a few things like how to open and lock the sliding door to the storage area of the truck, where to tie things down, how to operate the AC, how the gas cap just opens manually, etc. I was able to figure them out, but it should be a regular courtesy part of the rental.”
