I have purchased a Husqvarna + Weed Wacker from this outfit and been very satisfied with both. Their service on these products and customer care is also excellent. I am also happy to recommend Taylor Rental for Party Rental and Jumpy Castles too. Very very solid local business under the same customer first ownership for a long time.

This place for machine rentals is an absolute joke. None of the equipment is maintained. I rented a Kubota tractor that had 4 corroded hydraulic lines, no e-brake, the chain to turn the seat around was broken, and the right piston for the bucket broke. I had the machine for 1 hour before the piston broke and the result of this is a $500 bill. They charged me for a half a day use & 2 hydraulic hoses. I didn’t complete the job and hydraulic fluid ended up all over the customers driveway. When I called they responded with we close in 20min so there’s not much we can do. I call again on Monday and I get told it’s on me cause I didn’t buy the insurance. As someone that treats the equipment like it’s their own, terrible way to do business. I tell the guy the hoses on the back are corroded and he responds with “well are they leaking.” What does that tell you about this place.

If I could give this place zero stars I would…We rented a machine from this company & let me tell you what a mistake that was. The machine looked like it had never been maintenanced before. Lines were corroded, the emergency brake didn’t work & it was overall pretty beat up. Let’s just say five minutes into the job a screw popped out of place and busted one of the lines underneath, fluid got all over my customers driveway & I was clearly unable to finish the job. Neither the manager nor owner was around when I dropped off the machine (which I did immediately) so I was told I would be getting a call back on Monday to discuss how we would proceed. I received that call & they are stating that I will be not only be responsible for paying for the time I was supposed to have it but they are also charging extra for any damage that was done. I am mostly frustrated because there was nothing I could have done to avoid this except pay for the insurance that they offer… SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME. Now the job didn’t get done, my customers house is more of a mess than when I started, & I now had to go somewhere else to rent a machine… Just know if you’re looking to rent anything DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT come to this establishment, unless you want to be taken for a ride.

We rented a bouncy house at the absolute last minute because the rain caused us to need a change of venue. I called Taylor rental, and in my distress, they provided exactly everything that I needed and more! Their employees showed up right away, delivered the bounce house, hooked up the water feature and came to pick up the bounce house the following day. They were so professional, so nice, so easy to work with, and helped me every step of the way! I will definitely rent from them again next year, and I really appreciated that they saved my sons birthday party. Thank you!!!

Careful when renting from these guys. They like to blame people for damages without doing a proper walkover on the equipment in the first place and then charge you without calling you first. Then they start adding additional damages to your bill. They will pin every scratch on you so don’t rent anything new if you have to rent at all especially construction equipment!

I called to pay for a rental, and asked them if they could email the receipt. They said yes, and took my email address. One hour later, still no receipt, I called them up and asked them if they could resend it. They said they threw away the order and could not resend it, that I would have to call the 1 800 number. All I asked for was a receipt, such a simple request, and they couldn't accommodate it. Very dissatisfied.

I went there today for help removing a broken husqvarna pulley system and finding replacement parts. Not only did they help and provide the parts, the price was lower than ordering online and waiting 4 days. It was also a superior quality part. Jay is the man.

I rented a one-man auger to drill about 20 holes for a fence. The auger looked old and barely serviceable, like much of their equipment. When drilling the first hole, the auger broke. I inserted the auger but it just fell out. The bolt was not attached.When returning it the manager was not apologetic, as if I broke his worn-out machine. As a test, I asked for a credit to a more expensive rental (which I did not need) and he laughed. This is a testament to both their tools and service. Don’t use Taylor Rental!
