Great post office! Have had a PO Box for years here, never had any issues w a thing. Clean and always well stocked, got all the military flags hanging up, tons of parking

I have used this office consistently for seven years for my small creative business. I also used it for a passport renewal and to replace a mailbox key. I have found the postal workers there to be efficient and pleasant. Occasionally, there is quite a line, especially at lunchtime or 5 o’clock. It’s a busy local office. A little more staffing would not go amiss, but I’m sure we could say that about plenty of places.

I don’t know why there have been so many negative comments but I noticed they have been from several years ago. I moved to Warren a little over two years ago and I absolutely love this little post office. Travis and Chris are always so friendly and efficient and helpful… Always a pleasure to walk in there and see them.

I don't comment much BUTTTTT!!! today, I will. How extremely LAZY can you be 2 drop a pkg, leave it outside the front business door when you literally had 2 "TWOOOO" more steps to put it in the office!!!!!!! & if I could take a picture to show that on the pkg it reads " do not leave out in extreme heat or cold"!!!!!!!!! It's 92. When you do a job, it represents YOU, do it well obviously YOU do not !!!!!!! So so so so so so very lazy!!!!! Amazon comes in, fed ex comes in, ups comes in just not the LAZY MAILMAN!!

Always an issue with deliveries.. always rude when i wak in with questions regarding my deliveries .. aways sending the wrong packaged and mail to my residence.. usps is a waste of space..

Service I had a passport appointment set up. I got there on time when I arrived my email never stated that I needed my birth certificate. I went with my Social Security card, my bank card, my identification/drivers license. The gentleman told me that I was supposed to go there with a bursa typic it went 10 minutes down the road he told me as long as I get there quick before 430. We can get it done. It was it was 405 when I got back there and he declined my services. I took the time out of my job to book this appointment. He told me that I could do it as long as I can get there within a proper manner, and they denied me after they approve me leaving to go get what I need to get five minutes down the road I feel like this was done to me because they were trying to rush to get out of the workday because they end work at 5 o’clock very unprofessional.

This place is hit or miss but mostly misses. Almost everything I've sent out from here has gone missing. When I moved I filed a change of address and mail forwarding, but they continued to send mail to my old address. When contacted over the phone, they basically went "huh, that's weird," claimed they would forward it, and never did, resulting in more lost packages.Just make the drive to another city to mail.
