It's not as good as it used to be when it was on Centerville Rd. It's smaller and not as organized. Parking is tough at times. I made an appt. to speak to a travel agent at 4 pm on a Thurs. The morning of the appt., before they're open, the agent sends an email stating she went home sick before the office opened and passed my appt. on to another agent. I got there at 3:45 pm. One of the women that does licenses checked in a couple that were in front of me that didn't have an appt. Guess who she sent them off to see? The agent I was supposed to see. So as luck would have, I get this same woman as well for check-in. When I told her I was there to see the same travel agent, she asks if I have an appt. I said yes. Then she kept making faces like oops, oh well too bad for you. She said it was going to be a few minutes. At 4:15, the agent finally finished and sent the couple on their way. Does anyone let the agent know I'm there waiting? Of course not. So I went back over to that woman at 4:20 and said the agent isn't w/anyone, so is anyone going to tell him I'm here? She turns around and tells another woman to go tell the agent I'm waiting. When he finally called me over, I said, sorry I was supposed to see your co-worker, but she emailed me saying she went home sick so I had to see you. He lamented that he was left alone to deal w/everyone. What didn't make sense is in her email she said she passed the appt. off to him as if she made him aware of it, but obviously didn't b/c he had no idea I was scheduled for 4 pm. One of his suggestions for a trip was to take a Jet Blue flight out of Logan to Vegas. Early the same morning of this appt., two Jet Blue planes "touched/collided" on a runway at Logan. One of them was headed to Vegas. Hmm, interesting. After all that, the travel agent was absolutely no help and I wasted time for nothing. So, what's the point of making an appt. if no one keeps track of them and anyone can walk in off the street and hijack someone else's time that they were told to schedule?

I came in because I wanted to get my REAL ID and needed to wait till February 22 or so, so I can get my license renewed and get my real ID.2 ladies helped me out and they were very nice and patient with me. I hope they see this, because they really deserve a good review.Thanks!

Disappointed in that having an appointment for a DMV transaction doesn't really mean much. Still have to wait in line as they don't differentiate between DMV and standard AAA transactions.

Absolutely horrible. Took advantage of my elderly father. Charged him a $90 fee for a service call despite being a AAA member for 20 years. They do not honor their 3 year battery replacement warranty as he just bought the battery less than a year ago. They want proof from a 3rd party mechanic that the battery has failed. Spent over an hour on the phone with several different departments to try to get it resolved. Very poor experience overall.

The service is getting very slow. We have been experiencing and heard its their new system. Not the drivers fault. My girl had to call aaa for a flat on her dad's car who is elderly and disabled still was going to have to wait with him for 2 hours! What is wrong with them. Don't you have any compassion? You need to make some changes!

This service has gotten very bad. We had called for a tow and had to wait 4 hours. It was too late to get to the repair shop and get a rental so we canceled and called back the next morning and was told another 4 hour wait. This is ridiculous. You need to change this!

Conveniently located in Warwick City Hall..Professional & helpful staff. Got my license renewed and got some movie tickets too. Also, got my passport photo done, too. Book a cruise, get a Trip-Tik....AAA is AAA+++.

AAA keeps adding more services that they can provide to their members making it easier for us. I needed to get another EZ Pass transponder for a trip we were taking. The hours for the RITBA are 4 hours a day 3 days a week and not compatible with my schedule. Little did I realize that AAA offers the ability for members to get extra transponders. Took about 10 minutes and cost $10.00. How can you go wrong?

Clerk checking me in was extremely patient when I forgot a document. She figured out how I could go to Sewer Authority and get a bill with my address on it (needs to be less than 6 mths old.) Thank you!

Went in for a duplicate registration and I don't wait long at all. The lady helping me was very friendly while quickly doing her job. I could not have had a better experience .

I had to appear in person to renew an expired plate. I could not get an appointment at my local office for a month, so I took one here in warwick. I walked into a line of people complaining about wait times. I waited a half hour to get to a clerk, who put my name in que and told me to sit down with several other people waiting because they are short staffed. So you make an appointment, confirm it, and sit until they call you. Just like the dmv, only you pay 90 bucks a year

just giving my experience for today its 87 degrees out in my truck, i have put a call in at 756 am i sat there for 5 hours. so, I left it is now 330 pm and I just got a call saying they are there, and i am not a priority good thing I have been a gold member sense 2010, i will let my contract end and then I'm done. i will also cancel my dad's card which is on my policy.

All i wanted to do was get a motorcycle endorsement on my license, i came in with no appointment and got sent away. I made and appointment which the soonest was 2 weeks out, i get here 20 minutes early to make sure i have time before work. Had to wait until 40 minutes after my appointment and was skipped by at least 6 people who told me themselves they didn't have an appointment. So finally i give up and get back in line to find out i was never even checked in. This place is all over the place, 1 time i understand but the 2 times i've been there now i've had a problem.
