Couldn’t be having a worse experience.
I placed an online order for a phone trade in. Within 1 hour, I received an email that my order was picked up.
Long story short, the employee working the morning shift on 6/10 gave my activated COMPANY PHONE away to a stranger. He swore up and down that he scanned my boss’s ID in order to give the phone away, but my boss lives in Nashville, TN! So, instead of trying to help the situation or admitting he was wrong, he continued to lie and say he scanned the ID, which is literally impossible.
I gave them my information because they claimed they had to “watch the cameras” to see what happened, and I never received a call back (despite calling multiple times myself and leaving multiple voicemails).
Today, 6/11, I received a CHARGE for the phone, AND STILL NO PHONE!!!!!

Sincerely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and training current staff have in this store. They're lackadaisical in effort, the guy that worked there when I had to go in a second time because I couldn't even get the new phone to OPEN, much less function, has an attitude problem far stronger than his aptitude for problem solving or customer service. He is utterly inept when it comes to resolution skills. At&t would have a much more successful store if they shed him like the useless snake skin he is. The other guy who was there was very clear that he could do far better in his professional career and overall life if he worked elsewhere.
This store is rarely busy, and the staff are the obvious reason why. It doesn't help when they're referring you to a competitor to solve your problem.
Safe to say I don't plan on going back to that location again, unless I'm bestowed the privilege of permanently locking it down so another business can take over.

Will and Andréa spent vastly more time with me than I’ve ever been due with them. They are more knowledgeable than most tenured professionals in any industry with which they work, and will extend themselves beyond their own known means to accommodate a customer in true need. I’d ask of the reader not to read this review and take advantage of their good nature, but then again, they’re more than competent enough to decide whether that is the case.

Beware of hidden fees and read your contract before signing. I was told my bill would go up 10$ with new phone but it went up closer to $20 with these fees. Went to the “main store” and they explained the fees which made sense but I would not have bought a phone with them if I was made aware initially.

Bald Hill Rd Warwick location: was there yesterday, Saturday, 1/6. Will was great. Understands good customer service and turned around an unpleasant situation. However, his associate, didn’t catch his name, was downright rude and miserable. Should not be working with people.

Andrea was an amazing salesperson! She was very attentive to my needs with my new purchase. She alerted me to various promotions and gave me different options. She also took the time to help me transfer my apps and data from my old phone. She cares very much about her role in the company and puts a strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. This is the best experience I have had at AT&T and I have been a customer for many years. Thank you!

These people lied about the price of our phones my moms was supposed to be free yet there’s a balance still over 409$ after two and a half years also there’s always new people working here I must say it’s hit or miss you might get someone good you might get someone awful lol roll the dice!!!
