Rodney G is an excellent salesperson. No pressure; listens; knowledgable, efficient. Every communication has been clear. He responds immediately to questions and requests. After I purchased my beautiful Q7, he has been an excellent patient tutor.

Complete joke of an audi dealership. Had them swap my summer tires back on in April and do an alignment and they screwed up everything. My wheel was a solid 20 degrees off, and there was rubber markings and visible scuffs all over my wheels due to sloppy worksmanship. 2019 RS5, it was a $100k car brand new with very expensive 20" wheels. You would think they would have a more experienced tech do the tires, but no obviously not. They stuck the new guy on it.
I bring it back to address the alignment and wheel damage (I bought the optional wheel protection coverage). Almost a full month later I get the car back, steering wheel is STILL a few degrees off, which I could forgive. But the wheels were in even worse condition - however they "refinished" them, ended up causing brake dust to bake into the finish of the wheel. I physically could not clean the wheel - hard elbow grease, wheel cleaner, clay bar - all did nothing. They destroyed the wheel that retails for about $1,500 each.
I bring it back AGAIN! Requested a loaner through their automated scheduling bot. And lo and behold, I arrive and there's no loaners available. So I wait at the Enterprise desk for 45 minutes before leaving with the slowest, ugliest tan colored Chevy Malibu on the planet. I got the car back for the third time, and it's honestly too early to tell if the same issue persists, but I'm definitely not getting my hopes up after seeing how terrible their work is.
From communication, quality of work, availability of loaners, absolutely 1/10 dreadful experience. And of course the service advisors get upset when you call out their crappy workmanship. Even though I bought an Audi from an Audi Dealership, bought the Audi wheel coverage, service it ONLY at Audi dealerships, they'll still try to make you think YOU'RE the one in the wrong. Literal clown show of a shop, go anywhere else and save yourself the annoyance of dealing with these idiots.

I recently had my Q7 serviced for a mechanical issue that needed immediate attention. My Audi advisor, Ron M. provided excellent assistance, keeping me informed of the diagnosis of the problem and the course of the repairs. Very professional and attentive service.

We live in Florida but come back to RI to purchase our vehicles from Barry Bryant at Audi Warwick and have been doing so for about 10 years now. They just always seem to have available what is on our wish list for vehicles. Just purchased a beautiful A5 sportback and my husband is looking at a new Q5. I just spoke with PATRICIA in the service scheduling department and she was exceptional. She was so kind and thoughtful and was able to get all my questions answered about a recall I was scheduling. I made sure to tell her she was doing a great job and to keep up the great work! Often times today staff members in all types of businesses are miserable and Patricia shined!!

My father has been purchasing Audi’s from Audi Warwick since I was in a booster seat. Then when my time came I was lucky enough that they had exactly what I was looking for. Kobe was who I worked with in person. He was very friendly and engaging, and very easy to talk to. They kept me informed on where the car was at with servicing and detailing. And genuinely made the purchase of the car a great experience.
