  As a woman, I can’t say how grateful I am for the customer service and integrity of the staff here at this Autozone. I worked with Joe and Mark and they couldn’t have taken better care of me. They were honest and upfront every step of the way, going out of their way to make sure I didn’t pay for anything I didn’t need to, and that my truck would be fixed properly. They are 10/10!!!! I’ve never had a better experience in a parts store or mechanic shop. Thank you guys!!!!

  went in today to get replacement bulbs for the headlights and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Caitlin H. Who literally went above and beyond to help me. She was so kind and helpful and really went out of her way to make sure my car was safe with the right headlight bulbs and even helped by putting them in. This girl deserves a raise and all the praise in the world. We need more people like Miss. Caitlin. Thank you so much girl! I will be writing to corporate as well because a review isn't enough to explain what a fantastic employee you have working for your company!

  A gentleman named J.J. saved my butt. Long story short, he taught me a better way to jack my car up and spent 1hour with me in the parking lot trying to help me unscrew my stripped Lug nuts from my spare tire. While I was pulling on the wrench, he was happening the wrench onto the stripped lug nuts to created a better fit. It worked. He saved me and my company hundreds if not thousands of dollars and lots of time. He is an awesome human. I was so thankful I went to the bank and got some cash to tip him. He is an awesome human and deserves a promotion.

  I just encountered an awesome employee by the name of Mark at the AutoZone store on BaldHill Rd. Warwick. He offered to take a look at my sun glasses compartment which I have kept in my glovebox for more than a year.
  
  I went into see if I could buy a new one or find the parts needed to fix it. Has asked if the car was outside? “it is yes” with the sun setting and firing into his sight he spent 5-10 mins and managed to get it back into its place and it’s working again.
  
  I offered him some money as a heartfelt thanks as it’s been bugging me for such a long time. Mark politely refused and told me to keep onto it and wished me the best.
  
  Thank you again Mark and well done Autozone. You have a wonderful employee in him.

  Absolutely outstanding service. I needed a battery for my key fob (I 'd replaced it several times and it didn't work.) In less than three minutes, he replaced it and it works perfectly. I also needed touch up paint for my car, and he went out of his way to make sure it matched, even comiing out in the pouring rain. He was so kind. I highly recommend coming here for your auto needs. I'll definitely return. 4/2/24

  Jeremy, Dom, and Alex are so knowledgeable and helpful!! Just visited again today and Alex came out to take a look at my car, answered all my questions, and overall just brought me so much relief on things I was concerned about. Thank you so much, Alex!! Would recommend this location to anyone. 10/10.
