Horrible experience purchasing a Brand New Jeep Gladiator Diesel, Broken Down within 2 weeks and 549 miles, No Help or Concern from Dealership with whats wrong, I had to have vehicle towed from 170 miles away and pay out of pocket for towing, just for Service to Clear the check engine light P0341 and send me on my way without fixing anything, 1 Week later same thing happened again contacted Dealership again and again was brushed off and told me to take it to local dealer and contact Chrysler. No communication from Management, Sales, service. Total disregard for Customer Service and Doing the right thing. Funny how eager and consistent they contact you so that you can purchase from them, then leave you out in the cold when issues arrise. Bad Bussiness!! ????

I had a very positive experience buying a used car from Bald Hill thanks to James Martinez, one of their newer sales associates. James gave me very personalized attention and took extra steps to ensure that I had all of my questions addressed, making it easier for me throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way and the service was excellent. I feel very confident in the purchase and in recommending James and his team. And the best part is I'm loving my Fiat 500 ? The customer service here is excellent. William Kelly sold us a car a few years ago when he was the sales manager and was wonderful to work with. Years later I had an issue with the warranty after the Jeep got totaled. I was on the phone with William for less than five minutes and he fixed the problem. He could have told have told us to just call Mopar and deal with it (would have taken a month) but he took the time to help us himself and handled it. We are so appreciative of him and this dealership. If we still lived in Rhode Island we would use this dealership exclusively.

They overcharge everything and have the most unprofessional presentation for a dealership. They were going to charge me near $600 for a key fob plus to be programmed with my truck. Go to Tasca for best service and better deals. I got my OEM key fob from them, instead.

The best by far my sales man James was terrific not pushy went above and beyond for me and also the finance guy was so helpful I will refer Bald Hill to anyone who wants to buy a car thanks for the help I love this Trailhawk.

Do not go to this dealership. They are beyond greedy. Treat their customers terribly. The rental department is absolutely horrible. Make sure you bring the vehicle back completely spotless before they charge you $500. Absolute extortion. There are plenty other Chrysler dealerships that won't nickel and dime you. Have a great day folks.
