I would not recommend renting from this company. After I returned my vehicle in good condition, even took to cleaners, the owner falsely claimed I caused damage. Thankfully My insurance company investigated and found he had already filed a previous claim for the exact SAME damages on the same car. Once confronted, he withdrew his claim. What an idiot right?
On top of that, he was very rude and unprofessional in his messages toward me, trying to pressure me into accepting responsibility for something I didn’t do. This seems like a pattern of dishonest behavior that could easily cost renters money. If you do rent here, protect yourself and take plenty of photos and videos, both at drop off and pick up.

I rented a car and I'm very pleased with my experience. Jeff was amazing and all of the staff I dealt with were very professional and friendly. I've rented many others cars from different places and Bald Hill Rentals are by far the best experience I've had. From now on, I will be renting from here. Thank you Jeff for a wonderful experience.

Do not recommend! I was given a rental car after my accident. I returned it back to the garage which had fixed my car but was kept there all holiday weekend and driven by other people at the lot and back to the rental location. I was notified of 3 minor little scratches which were NOT there when I dropped it off. He was calling and texting me. Then today I receive an email from my insurance company that he filed a claim for damages. This car was in an accident in 2024. I refuse to allow a claim or to pay for damages that were not by myself . He was also very rude on the phone advising me of a cost to detail the inside because it was top 5 of the dirtiest vehicle returns. I literally work 70 hours a week and don’t drive other than to work and home. My husband and friends all said this company seems to be a big scam . Clearly it is by the number of claims he places with insurance. I will advise everyone I know never to go through this business. My friend has a large social media platform and I plan on making this public if he does try to go through my insurance. I will make it a point to give people honest feedback to protect themselves from people like this. I’ve rented from Alamo, enterprise etc and always was a pleasure never a problem. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I hope this company loses business for trying to file false claims and rip people off.
