I have moved and this is closest branch to my house. I find them rude here . Especially a women named Jennifer. She's rude and no one has probably told her about herself .. I will not be going to this branch again .

Jennifer (manager) and Courtney handled a verbally abusive customer with care and professionalism...they did not deserved the abusive treatment. Give them a raise as consolidation ?

So I looked up their rating... It says two... I can see why! Every time I come by to do business no one ever acknowledge you and you sit in a chair and wait... Supposed to be a premier customer... A funeral home doesn't really need to push for excellence in customer service... Neither does Bank of America... Something we have to use

Worst experience ever. I tried to cash a rather large check that was drawn on this bank and requested two cashiers checks. I was told unless I open an account they would not issue bank checks and the check was too large to cash even though it’s drawn on this Bank of America. So I couldn’t get cash either.

If I could give 0 I would. Rude pushy and love to announce to the whole bank what’s in your account. Normal tellers would write it down but not this one!! Absolutely disgusting. Tellers like that are exactly why I use the app and haven’t gone into a bank b4 yesterday for years. Rude inconsiderate ppl will put themselves right out of a job!

Worst customer service anywhere. Oh they greet you like your valued. That's fine. Once you get in line,pack a lunch. Almost 15min to cash a lowly $30.00 m.o They stopped to finish their work. I worked customer service for many yrs. Customer Fitst

Had me make an appointment and got all the way here for it to be "temporarily closed" and now i cant make any appointments and have no debit card until monday at earliest. Thanks, enjoy your long weekendEdit: their excuse is CDC guidelines lmao after 2.5 years now theyre making changes? Come on. EVERY BRANCH IN THE STATE IS CLOSED!!! Talk about bankers hours, if you thought it was crazy before now they just blatantly don't care. Absolutely ridiculous, ill most likely be changing banks

This location has the WORST customer service of all the BOA locations I've visited! Ive never had a positiveexperience here. Long lines out the door , even longer wait times, always 1 TELLER. The employees don't care, they always seem annoyed to even be there. They'd prefer you go to the ATM to do your banking than actually help you. The 3rd party security guy at the door is more helpful. Avoid this bank like the plague . The branch manager should find a new career.

I had multiple terrible experiences at this location. They do not answer phones, extremely rude employees at the counter, always a long line, employees having personal conversations by the door instead of assisting with the line. I drive out of my way to the location in Garden City now and they are wonderful. BoA just needs to close this particular location.

Very slow and super rude. When we asked why they wouldnt complete a service today that we get in Middletown we were told "Well we arent them, go there. Tellers shouldnt be hired to work with the public if they dont have people skills. Seems like after holding an account with them for years, its about time to consider a different financial establishment. This branch doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Extremely slow service. 3 people standing at door asking what you need, but only 1 teller with a line out the door along the building, no joke. Waited in line for almost an hour.
