The customer service I've seen at this branch is consistently superior to some other banks I used to work with. I've been working with this Branch for a long time and they have always treated me right. Everyone is super friendly, not just to me but every customer I've seen when they come in the branch. I'm still one of those people that goes inside the branch to perform transactions, and they treat everyone with respect. If you're looking for a new bank, Bank RI should be high on your list of choices.

I visited your bank at 265 Jefferson Bldv, Warwick on 9/3/2020 and I was appalled at the way I was treated by the manager. I wanted to make a withdrawal from my checking account and could not believe the gauntlet she put me through before I could have my money. I understand there would be a verification of my identity but the amount of personal questions that had noting to do with who I was, such as where do I work, how much money do I make, and that my answers do not make sense to her. My money had been in my account for months and yet, she insisted that the deposits needed to be verified and that she did not understand my income. Why does she need to understand my employment and my income, and unemployment benefit rate. What business is it of hers or bank of RI? I would never expect to be treated like this when I only went to the bank to withdraw my own funds from a well established account. They were very unprofessional and I have spoken to two other banking institutions and was told that this would never happen there and what happened to me was unlawful. If I had gone in with a witness, I would pursue legal actions against bank of RI. This will never happen here again as I will be closing my account at my earliest convenience. This was a 1.5 hour process to withdraw my own money from my account which is absolutely ridiculous.
