My daughter was now harassed twice my the store employee, Debbie. Before she could even step foot into the store the employee demanded to know how much money she had on her. Was then refused entry because she refused to answer the woman. Unbelievable. I told my daughter she did not have to answer and that she had every right to respectfully shop. Is there a magic number she has to have on her? Then she’s allowed in? I have purchased hundreds of dollars from this store and my daughter loves product from there. This woman should be fired.

Well stocked store. Employees helpful, almost overly so. Pickup order couldn't be found so they had to repick.

This is my favorite BBW store in the area. The employees are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was excited to begin shopping early for Easter and they had all the products out as advertised on the app, while other stores had them listed as available but were not yet willing to put them out for sale. Prices are very reasonable if you shop the sales and use the rewards app coupons.

Love this store. Make sure you sign up for their perks. Staff is always friendly, with a smile and willing to help. Great products. You have to be born under a rock if you don't know Bath & Body Works. If you were born under a rock, you gotta try this store for smell good stuff.

Jaime was super rude and had unacceptable behaviors as a manager. I overheard her asking another customer if they were a member because there was a sale going on. I mention it to the cashier and Jaime walked over and said it was only for customers who were members, I told her I had the email and was a member since my information is in the system. I do not download any apps on my phone. She refused to give me the offer and made a demeaning giggle at me shaking her head. If I get the emails FROM THE COMPANY about the sale with a barcode and my information is in the system why would I not be allowed to receive the sale! She got snarky with me and walked away whipping her hair. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Her associate apologized for her and gave me the pricing! Lina should be the manager!! Called customer service right away and put in a complaint! Bath & Body works needs to do better with who they hire as a manager!!!

I put in an online order for store pick up. One item was unavailable so they canceled it. I made a new order replacing the canceled item. Now I check my bank account today. They charge me full price for the first order and full price for the second order, I called customer service. They were no help. They refused to acknowledge that my bank was charged the extra money. I had to explain myself three different different times to do different people for them to finally understand the fact that yes I was overcharged and I don’t care if you made a mistake I want it fixed. After this morning and another hour on the phone with them yesterday, the answer I got was maybe you’ll receive a refund for the item within seven days which is unacceptable because if they can charge me within an hour, they should be able to refund me within the hour, and they should’ve not overcharge me to begin with This is the worst. I’ve dealt with as far as customer service goes and treating the customer fairly. I will not buy from Bath and body Works again which makes me sad because I really enjoy their lotions but with their policies it’s not worth it to me Do not shop here if you don’t want to be overcharged and get the runaround from their customer service it’s a waste of time On your part for them to just argue and not wanna give you what is right

I love buying soaps here. I admit it. But it's far more than that. I've gotten candles on some occasions, and on a recent trip, I saw body lotions for men with scents available in Bourbon and Mahogany Teakwood. Got the Bourbon as an impulse buy, and I gotta say it's a good alternative to cologne after jumping out of the shower with the added benefit of moisturizer during the cold and dry winter months. Great location in a mall that seems to be bucking the trend as far as suburban malls go.

I am beyond grateful for BBW. They’re one of my favorites; hands-down! However, Desi had me there too long for a pick up order. After trying to give her the order number on several occasions, she refused to take it. Seven minutes later, her coworker got me out of there. Garden City BBW here I come.
