LOW QUALITY SERVICE AT PREMIUM PRICES. I gave this location a fair chance based off great reviews. Such a mistake. I opted for mani pedi. They performed the pedi first and I decided not to get the manicure based off the lack of knowledge within the technicians. Very very thin layer for gel for a whopping 20$ add on. It’s been a day and my feet are beat. Crusted skin. Jagged point and edges getting stuck to my socks. The location is dark dusty and dingy, the windows are blacked out tinted. Not welcoming feeling. Goto Jj nails providence!! Or anywhere else!!!!

Amazing. I go here for my manicures and pedicures and I’m always impressed and left happy. Very clean, very friendly and very comfortable overall. ??
Cleanliness: Absolutely stunning. Never have I seen a nail salon so clean and well maintained.

I love this place!!! So clean , fast service and I honestly appreciate how honest they are and respectful of your time. They won’t make you sit there and wait and say 5 minutes just to get your business they will actually tell you if it’s best to come back. The work is always clean and never sloppy!

I have been going to Begins Nail Spa for years and always have a great experience! Some technicians are better than other but all do a good job! I am always accommodated as a walk-in even if it's in between others and have to wait a bit. Prices are very reasonable! I did dip for the first time and loved it!

I absolutely love this nail salon. I’ve seen different people every time I’ve gone, but they are all equally incredible! The salon is relaxing and quiet. The music is great. The nail artists are so good at what they do and make the environment so calm. I recommend this nail salon to all of my friends. I won’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been there many times.. although I have not worked with the others. Ianna Is my Go to she does a fantastic job with my nails, and I’ve also gotten few wax jobs which are also excellent! Will continue to go there and giving out many referrals. Won’t be disappointed.???

Made an appointment with a specific nail tech and i waited there for over 30mins. They didn’t care to mention she was going to finish someone else but I don’t know why I made an appointment for .. never going back they lost a customer

They're very accommodating getting you in. She didn't talk to me at all which is fine. I definitely didn't feel like it was a good pedicure and manicure. A lot of pain was involved. Lol.

I can't vouch for the quality of work because I ended up leaving before much was done as a result of the misleading pricing. While they advertised at the time that a dip powder set was $40 you couldn't actually go there and get the service done for $40. For example, no matter what shape you wanted your nails they charged an up charge for shaping. This isn't an optional service that you can opt out of and pay the posted rate therefore I feel that's misleading. There was a number of up charges for things normally done as part of the service. I respect that they have a right to price their services as they see fit. I just wish they were a little bit more transparent. Even in the businesses reply to the review they are misleading. They first deny having any of these upcharges and then do a conversation play by play, where they justify why they have these up charges. I'm confused.
