The customer service really stood out—both the shuttle driver and the front desk staff were fantastic. The woman at the front desk upon arrival around 10pm on 6/6/25 was especially welcoming, even recommending a great spot to order food from. She also took care of scheduling my shuttle back to the airport, which was much appreciated.
The room itself was basic but functional. A bit on the minimalist side, and I did miss having USB plugs—apparently this place thinks charging cables are a personality test. That said, it wasn’t a dealbreaker.
Pleasant surprise: the towels were unexpectedly soft and plush. Not-so-pleasant surprise: the bathroom could’ve used a better wipe-down. There were some smudgy fingerprints on the sink handles and a few splashes on the mirror.
On the plus side, the bedsheets were clean and comfortable, and the AC worked like a charm—turned the room into a nice little igloo in no time.
Overall, it’s a no-frills, budget-friendly option. If you’re stuck overnight due to a flight cancellation like I was, it gets the job done without much fuss.

Good service from staff. Nice hot water and clean towels and linens. Furnishings are two star quality. Carpet needs replacement. Nice and quiet. Stayed three days. Breakfast was good for two star facility. Nice variety - yogurt, fruit, meats, potatoes, powdered eggs. Good value for price.

Disappointed they don't give out the Providence Journal anymore.Overall it was very nice.Breakfast was great although it would be nice if they had enough food until the cutoff time.

Place was updated and had a great free breakfast. Clean and simple! Not a 5 star hotel, but an economical clean place to sleep!

A clean, comfortable room with a nice breakfast and courteous
staff. Ashley, the front desk manager, was responsive and accommodated my particular needs. The airport shuttle service was reliable and prompt, which made travel safe for me, a senior woman, traveling alone. My flight required a 3:45am ride out and a ride back at 1am. Both drivers were professional and handled my luggage. Absolutely a great value!
