I saw the ads on Facebook but didn't think it was real. Then they actually have a store front in ri?! The shop associate was so nice when I asked about online price versus in store prices. This is a great store and cute merch.

Rude, rude I put everything back and bought nothing. Went 730 11/21 whoever was working at that time shouldn't have a job. Btw we are an older couple not teenagers but were spoke to like we were kids. Disgusting

My review is In regards to the current employees at the Box Lunch store located in the Warwick Mall. I visit this store often. I really enjoy shopping there and not just for the merchandise, but because the employees in this store consistently go above and beyond to enhance and improve the customer experience.The entire team is great but, I would specifically like to mention three employees there who provide exceptional service on a consistent basis and are deserving of recognition. In today’s world, it can be hard to find good employees. I also believe that bad service gets much more attention than good, so sharing good feedback is always important.Alex, Megan and Jayden are the three employees that I usually work with when I go there. They greet me by name, know what I look for and always let me know what’s new. Once customers come in, they put whatever project they’re working on to greet/help customers. They really make it fun to shop there.Box Lunch is very fortunate to have hired these three, in my opinion. Not only are they great employees, they are also really friendly, kind & funny. They provide excellent customer service. At this location, the team always makes the store experience fun and inviting. I frequently visit this store and will continue to do so. If I could give it a 0 I would. Place seems hostile. I don't know what happened. I was there around last Christmas and me and my grandkids loved it. We walked in a few days ago and had go walk right out after hearing this man with long hair shouting profanity from the other side of the store. Would not take my grandkids there again, they don't need to hear that stuff !!!
