I went to a nearby boutique and purchased a beautiful dress in full. After waiting 7.5 months with no dress and no reassuring information on when I’d be getting my dress, I realized it wasn’t coming. I quickly went to contact Infusion Bridal in hopes they could order me that dress as my wedding is 4 months away. Anita showed sympathy and compassion for my situation and got me my dress ordered and in my hands in only 3 days. I got reassurance about it being in stock with proof, I got tracking information and instant communication, all things the other boutique failed to do. She ordered me the perfect size and gave me information on what to expect for alterations since I had several layers and lace. If I had come sooner I could’ve ordered the dress at the length I needed it to be and would’ve saved on alterations but just getting the dress was all I could ask for. She even had the perfect veil in store too which I purchased. I never felt like she was trying to sell me something or up-charge which I felt at the previous shops. It was a genuine experience and you can see how much she enjoys being able to fulfill a bride’s special day. If it wasn’t for Anita, I would have never gotten my dress.”

“I was at witts end. I had bought 3 dresses online from different boutiques for my wedding renewal thats in 30 days. I wanted to go one more time To a bridal shop in person to do the whole trying on thing. I have been visiting this site for a few months and finally said to my husband we should go in. Well The best idea yet. We met with Donna, who was busy with someone at first and she was so helpful to that customer she impressed me. She helped me with sizing. Trying on and gave me her experienced opinions on each one of the 3 dresses I tried on. She listened to my stories and I believe she is genuinely a great human, definitely has great customer service skills and knows how to close a sale. I just want to say I wasn't feeling good in My head about the other dresses I bought and I needed to feel great about my big day ? and she made this one step closer to perfect.
