“I went into infusion to try on Bridal dresses and had a wonderful experience. I went on a Monday afternoon, so the store was pretty empty, which definitely worked to our advantage. The dresses were out on racks which we got to look through before my appointment. The owner served as our consultant. It was my first time trying on bridal dresses. Over about 90 minutes she pulled many dresses for me to try on in order to narrow down what I liked and didn't like. I'm a fairly indecisive person, but she gave me some great advice to make the process easier. I did not feel any pressure to purchase a dress or make a decision on the spot. The owner was so patient and encouraging as I went through about 20 dresses; she really helped me narrow down the dresses to several great options. The price ranges were also extremely reasonable for bridal gowns. Most of the dresses I tried on fell between $1300-$1900. There also wasn't an appointment fee, which was great, and sizing seemed pretty inclusive. If you're a bride looking for a positive and informative dress shopping experience, I cannot recommend this place enough!”

“I was at witts end. I had bought 3 dresses online from different boutiques for my wedding renewal thats in 30 days. I wanted to go one more time To a bridal shop in person to do the whole trying on thing. I have been visiting this site for a few months and finally said to my husband we should go in. Well The best idea yet. We met with Donna, who was busy with someone at first and she was so helpful to that customer she impressed me. She helped me with sizing. Trying on and gave me her experienced opinions on each one of the 3 dresses I tried on. She listened to my stories and I believe she is genuinely a great human, definitely has great customer service skills and knows how to close a sale. I just want to say I wasn't feeling good in My head about the other dresses I bought and I needed to feel great about my big day ? and she made this one step closer to perfect.
