I've brought both of my cars I've had over the years here, both of the two gentlemen that work here have taken exceptional care of not just me, but my entire family. They've been respectful, helpful, honest and considerate every time they've worked on our vehicles. Every time I've had a problem, they've never overcharged or taken advantage of me, they've done the best within their capabilities to get whatever needs to be done in a reasonable time and for a good fair price.This is the only place my family and I will bring our vehicles to for as long as they're around. In this day and age you rarely find honest, considerate standup people like the ones who run Buttonwoods Automotive who'll work on your vehicles the right way and not charge you an arm and a leg.Services: Electrical repair

Got my car “inspected” in October, just a month and a half later, as I’m driving (thankfully not on the highway and didn’t have my son in the car), my rear(very rusted) control arm snapped, started swerving a bit, pulled over thought maybe a flat or something, I looked under the car and saw the control arm pretty much hanging. Had it towed, and fixed and was told it should have been noticed during inspection because how it was, doesn’t happen over night, it’s an over time thing. It makes sense that every time I had gone over a speed bump or little bump as a slower speed, I would hear a noise, but thought it was a loose plastic hubcap on the tire. But now it makes sense, and it should have been addressed during inspection. As well as my struts, while driving t down Main Street last night my struts when (the springs went flying off, thankfully I was able to retrieve one so I could see what the noise was). Things like that doesn’t just “go” over night. A lot of money into these things that could have been addressed during inspection just a month and a half ago! Thankfully I was not driving on the highway when either of things happened, it could have been much worse!!!!Do a complete, correct inspection, more money to dish out because it’s obvious it wasn’t done correctly!!!!! My life was at risk!!!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Great service. I called to see about getting my car inspected. I dropped it off and got a call a few hours later that it was ready for pickup. Very nice people.

My kid got his car inspected there, it failed so we brought it back to the dealer to fix the problem. The dealer fixed the problem immediately and I brought it back for reinspection on a Thursday, they wouldn't take it in so I asked if my kid could bring it in after school the next day, the guy said "3:00 on a Friday we're trying to get out of here", I asked if we could make an appointment for another day and he said "we don't make appointments ". Ok. We took our business elsewhere. Glad he caught the issue but really poor business practice, he kept our $55. Rude, sketchy person.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Excellent repair. Dave and Joe fix your car right the first time. They diagnose the problem correctly and that saves time, money and aggravation. I find their work to be both excellent and reasonable. Totally trusted. I have been doing business with them for over 20 years. Make sure you wish Joe a happy Veterans Day.
