The gentleman that have recently take ownership over a buttonwoods One Stop are amazing I am glad to have them in our community and I hope everyone welcomes them and is mindful of the struggles of starting a new business and more importantly all the mitigating circumstances along with that. I personally give a warm welcome to the gentleman and thank you for taking the time to adjust things as they come along for the benefit of our community and for individuals like myself. Prices are reasonable and being adjusted to get better all the time the facility is very clean and the two gentlemen whose names I will not mention that are operating the business are friendly but most importantly generally do care about the community members and how they're being perceived. So after we all bear together and remember the struggles of new ownership relocating to new areas and show these guys some Community love because they're doing the best they can and they're doing a great job

This use to be the best local convenience store in the area. Since their new acquisition, it has gone downhill fast. I purchased a protein shake and didn’t realize it was 5 months expired until it was too late and took a sip. They purchase products at Wholesale stores and put it on their shelves to resell. Their freezer for ice isn’t working properly and you will get a huge clump of melted ice that’s been refrozen. They’ve reconfigured the store so you have to walk around the entire store to look for a beverage. Sad to see a good store go under like this.

I went to get photo copies of some documents, I wait for a minimum of 20 only to be told they were coming out blank, the clerk didn't know how to work the machine, to make matters worse there was a couple of copies that the clerk tried to keep with my private information on them, I took those with me

they are rude and out of touch, I was refused access to the bathroom because I "didn't shop there regularly" , I am an individual with Crohn's disease , and it's against the law to refuse Access to a restroom in any public place. This made me never want to spend money there again

I was so disappointed. I had been here in the past and thought the fish and chips was the best, only second to my Scottish father's fish and chips. I hadn't been here in a year or so. The chips were undercooked and yet still brown and tasted like old oil. My daughter's cheeseburger was pretty much raw. My mom said the fried fish was good. The baked fish was mediocre at best. And it was EXPENSIVE. I am not likely to return.

Great service and good food in a very cute restaurant. Grabbed two orders of fish and chips here and they were delicious. I think they would have been far better had we enjoyed them there. The batter was a tad soft but still crispy. The fries were hot and hand cut! Hours are limited here and I'm definitely going to go back to check out breakfast...just because the hostess was so welcoming and friendly.This spot is located in a strip mall that pops up in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Plenty of parking, reasonable prices and seems family friendly.

The old blonde lady behind the counter will always charge you something different. She constantly shorts change you as well. Eggs and sausage are tasteless, occasionally forgets your order cause they can't read their own writing. Do not recommend

Would do zero stars. Came here based on good reviews. Blonde taking the order was rude and clueless. Ordered cheeseburger club medium well. Took 20 minutes. It came out pink and cold. Fries were soggy and cold. Lose the microwave. Cost me $12.91. I called back to speak to someone. Blonde answers, "sorry,we're closed" This place is a joke.

My wife and I stopped in today because of the solid Yelp reviews. Some thoughts:1. This restaurant is in a derelict-looking strip mall in a residential neighborhood. I thought our car's GPS had given us poor directions. 2. The restaurant is called "Buttonwood." There's no sign that says "Buttonwood Fish & Chips." If I hadn't seen a photo of the restaurant's interior here on Yelp, I'd have thought I was in the wrong place. That said, the inside of the restaurant is clean and welcoming.3. The fish & chips are one of many, many items on the menu. We thought we were going to a greasy seafood place. Instead, we found ourselves in a cozy neighborhood breakfast & lunch spot.4. Our server was organized and friendly - a real pro.5. Undaunted, my wife and I both ordered the fish & chips. The fish was absolutely perfect: golden and crispy, as good as fried cod gets. My wife thought the fries were a little soggy, but I liked them.6. I also tried the chowder. I thought it was fine. I wouldn't balk at having it again, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.7. When I got the bill, I was struck by how reasonable the prices were.Overall, we liked this place and we'll be sure to return. Thanks for the tip, fellow Yelpers!
