The pharmacy being open is hit or miss at the location on 1560 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI due to staff shortages. Again on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 3:30 PM, it was closed. This is the sixth time over the last couple of months that the pharmacy can't maintain its posted business hours. If I can't pick up my filled prescriptions, it is time to switch to CVS. This review applies to the drive-thru as well as the inside. Great service if you visit and find the place is open.

Came here from the urgent care across the street. We waited in the drive through when we got to the window she said they had the prescription but needed more time. So we left and came back ( no warning was given about the lunch break that was approaching). Again we waited in the drive through then as we pulled up A sign was put up saying the pharmacy was closed for a 30 min meal break. I'm sick as a dog. I just want my meds. Now here I sit for another 30 min. I realize they have to eat. But to let you wait where you can't see the signs and then slam it shut in your face stinks. I want them to feature that maneuver on a TV Commercial.

It's a decent Walgreens and convenient location with the usual selection.

I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I've never had a single complaint or even return in all those years. There was an incident back in November in which an employee misrepresented herself and made recommendations that only a licensed professional should have. As a result I ended up around $100 in the red. I reached out offering to take some type of store credit to make up what I was out. It took them over a month to respond and it wasn't even them. They tried to pass the buck to another company who refused to take any responsibility. Then another month passed and I got a letter from some 3rd party claims company Sedgwick who had backdated the letter to before the incident even happened. They gave me a claim number I couldnt login with. There email address didn't work. The phone number was an automated survey line. I reached out to Walgreens again to let them know this company was unreachable with proof screenshots of the live chat my inability to login a recording of the automated line and all Walgreens responded back with is you have to deal with them. Mind you I never got to even speak once to anyone from Walgreens and they never told me they were sending me to any type of claims company. I never once said anything about sueing them. I only asked for some store credit they could have settled this for $25 gift card if they even bothered to try to negotiate with me. Instead they escalated the situation. You think they try to keep a customer who spends $5,600 a year in their stores. Even worse last night before I got the Walgreens response I was in the store around 6pm checking out when one cashier started making fun of my injury right in front of me calling me ugly. That can only mean that while no one could be bothered to respond to me they took the time to pass along photos of my injury around the office for laughs. And who knows maybe management went home and showed thier buddies thier wife who knows since they didn't have a problem violating my privacy. There was no reason to share my info w the cashiers they can't do refunds or issue store credit or any type of resolution so there was no need to share those photos of me with them. I was so humiliated I left and cried all the way home. Thier employee is why I look like this and they have the balls to make fun of my appearance right in front of me while I'm spending my hard earned money in thier store. I spend $50 there a week but I'll be using CVS for all my drug store needs from now on.

Really uneven in the Pharmacy. I went there today to refill a generic drug prescription that I have filled there before for $35. Today it is three time that amount. Instead of working the issue (as the pharmacist has in the past) the kids in the pharmacy offered me a phone number to call. Instead of calling the number, I'll just get another pharmacy that has good customer care.

I just went here to get my Christmas cards printed and my iPhone couldn't find the wifi to the Kodak terminal to print my photo, the staff was extremely helpful, they took what would've been a stressful situation and turned it completely around. The photo cards came out great!!!
