- Less than honest business practices.
- Will respond promptly if it benefits the company. Expect to have certain questions ignored.
- Won’t disclose hidden fees/expenses until taken out of deposit (e.g. billed for new glassware that you didn’t use or take).
- You can expect to be billed for previous tenant damages if not known prior to your move in (e.g. repair to headboard of bed which was damaged when moved in). Advise you take extensive pictures prior to move in and upon leaving.
- Will not provide landlord reference due to conflict of interest.
- Will respond to situations that could damage property (e.g. plumbing leaks, roof leaks, etc.)
- Will not respond to tenant annoyance such as insect infestation.
- Would not recommend. Zero stars in yelp.

I'm not sure Jodi and I are talking about the same person. I've gone to Margaret for years and found her to be professional, friendly and extremely competent. Her pricing may be a little on the high side but she has many certifications and a vast knowledge base that justify the cost. I would highly recommend her.

Margaret is absolutely amazing! Can't say enough good things about Caster CPAs! So knowledgable, extremely responsive and very reasonable! We use her firm for both personal and business!! Always a pleasure!
