  I recently visited the bank to set up an account for my 14-year-old, and Kayla Rafferty assisted us. She was extremely helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Kayla took the time to explain everything clearly in a way that was easy for my teenager to understand, and she made us feel very comfortable. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond with such genuine kindness. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the care she showed.

  Stay away from this branch. I had an appointment to discuss IRAs. I was called the same day and was told that we needed to reschedule and started asking questions about how much I was putting in and how mich money I have in my banking accounts, which I feel had nothing to do with what I was going to do. OK no problem we talked about another day and he told me he would call me back but never received a call. I have been banking with Chase for a couple of months now and this really rubbed me the wrong way. I thought about canceling my accounts but I really like their app and how everything is in place. Any way I will not go to this branch as they are not professional.

  Absolutely horrible customer service. They hold payroll checks for 3 weeks cause they think the grocery store where they eat lunch 3 days a week is a fake business. They claim it doesn’t exist but yet they shop there. Holding a payroll check for that long is just ridiculous. The manager won’t return phone calls and they refuse to give you any information on your own account as to why they are holding your money for 21 days. I had to call the attorney general to get answers and the money that was owed to me so save yourself the aggravation.

  ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS IM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL FROM A MANAGER. THEY CHARGED ME 8$ FOR A BANK CHECK ON A WITHDRAWAL
