Overall, my experience at Concentra was fantastic. It was one of the only places that offered an on-the-spot urinalysis—unlike other locations that required referrals and turned a simple need into a headache. Concentra made the process quick and easy—exactly how it should be. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and well-equipped to handle everything I needed. From start to finish, I was a happy customer and truly appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of the team. Hope this review helps others in deciding , if you need a place that will just accept self pay as an option and need to skip the referrals obstacle and can appreciate a staff that balances a professional yet respectful approach toward you’re privacy , this is your place. Very easy check in process, the staff was very efficient and accommodating during the screening process. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

I'm going to be 100% honest an they dang sure don't pay me I've been to several concentra labs in several different states an it was like it took longer to fill out the paperwork then the whole UA took very fast an nice customer service
