My experience with Coutu Bros. was excellent. Our move was not an easy move as the movers had to pack the moving truck with our household belongings and a large quantity of boxes and bins from a storage unit. They did manage to get 99% into the moving van. The guys who did the actual moving of our goods were great! They worked under sometimes difficult circumstances as the day they moved us into our final destination it rained. With a truck packed end to end and floor to ceiling they managed to get the job done and still didnt damage or soil the floors, walls or carpets in our new condo. Great job guys! I gladly gave each of them a nice tip when they were done. I would recommend the Coutu Bros. Movers to anyone. Only downside was the up front estimate which was approximately 20% below the actual final cost. Plan on paying more than their estimate. Overall I was satisfied with a moving job well done. 5 stars overall rating.

Mike, Carl, Cash, and Tom showed up on time and ready to work. They were very careful with all my belongings and the rest of the belongings in the house. They carefully took care of all my things in the truck. They were fun to chat with and I couldn't have asked for more.

Scott and his team were great. They were careful with my items and helpful when asking to move things after they were in its final location. Highly recommend Coutu to others. Good value too as other companies quoted me for 100s to 1,000s more. The final price I paid was right within the estimate they gave me.

From our initial interactions with Coutu Brothers to the day of our move, we were very impressed with the overall professionalism of each team member we encountered.The move crew of Scott, Lenny, and Ricky arrived on-time, were efficient, and most importantly respectful and kind. They extended graciousness throughout the day knowing that we were leaving our family home after 17 years.I would highly recommend Coutu for quality of service with fair/competitive pricing. We will retain them again once we identify a new home - and will certainly request Scott, Lenny, and Ricky!

Customer service at the office was great. At first I was very pleased with the movers but by the end there were boxes that were dented when unloading at the new place. Unfortunately a few glass items were broken, one of which is not replaceable…vintage item.They also mistakenly kept my ladder but did return upon phone call. A 6’ folding table never made it to the new apartment.Upon submitting a claim for the broken items they offered $25 , however you must spend $20 to get it notarized.They only consider weight regarding damages and nothing to do with the value of the item.VERY disappointed and will not use again.

This is our second time moving with Coutu Brothers Scott and his team are outstanding I won't move with anyone else now. my husband and and I are selling our home and have had to move twice already and it's a nightmare because of a bad realtor but thank goodness we found this moving company and Scott. It gives you peace of mind in a very bad situation when everything else has gone wrong. Thank you Scott! and Coutu moving company for accommodation to get us moved in short notice they had a cancellation and squeezed us in!!! Sincerely Cindy & Joe Bailey

Absolutely fantastic. We had a glitch in our move out date and had to change on short notice. Rob Romano was a pleasure to deal with. Very personable and he saved us from what might have been a disaster. So organized. His packing staff, Austin and Jose were so efficient that they packed and loaded a 3 story Victorian home same day. With Coutu you have your own truck. Many larger companies load several homes onto one. Rob drove our truck to Baltimore himself and was at our new place bright and early Monday morning. His Baltimore unloading crew was also very efficient and all was unloaded by noon. Definitely recommend them.

Rich, Tom F, and Ray from Coutu brothers did a great job managing our move, including handling more boxes of books than anybody should be allowed to own. They navigated a narrow street to get to us and all in all were very professional and courteous. They were great to work with. The cost was reasonable. I recommend their service and would use them again.

whenever I'm moving- I call Coutu! They are absolutely amazing. They take great care of your stuff and are the most friendly staff and crew. Booking the moving company is the least of my worries when I move because of this company! If you are moving in the New England area- don't look around anymore, call Coutu!
