Ok, more than 40 years I've reached my limit. My bill creeped up so much from 234 to 278 with only basic cable in 4 months that I have finally said Goodbye. This company has no loyalty for their customers. Don't let them fool you.

I have been with this company for more than 20 years. I have never been treated so poorly. Stop commending awful behavior. Disconnected after confirmed agreement of payment by them. And nothing will be done even after every attempt I have made to correct their Mistake. What happened to taking care of your long time faithful customers. No one will listen.. Cox is exactly that, cox', a bunch of them.

I will never use Cox services again in my life. I returned my Cox device, and at the time, no one told me that I had a pending balance or that a payment hadn’t gone through when closing my account. 3 months later, they called me saying the payment didn’t go through and charged me $79.99. They even threatened to send the account to collections if I didn’t pay. Is this how you treat your customers?
I have been using the same card all along, and I made the original payment with the same card today, so to me, this feels like stealing.
Even when I was a customer, the internet under the $49.99 plan was one of the worst I have ever used.
Avoid Cox at all costs. Whether your account is open or closed, they will find a way to charge you extra money.
