The store is ok but the phone line people are ridiculous. Total waste of good time. Round and round you go with them shipping a trial phone to a bad address. Too long to go into all the details and to be honest sick of dealing with them. Spent at least 5-6 hours and still don’t have a phone. ?

On October 22nd, my Wi-Fi was acting squirrelly ... cutting in and out. Narrowed it down to the modem. It was about 5 years old. Checked the hours at the Cox Communications store @ Warwick Mall and saw there were open (a plus in their favor). Drove there and it was busy. Went over to their automated check-in station (they don't do check-ins ... just direct you to the kiosk), scanned the QR code, and found I was third in the queue ... not too bad. As I perused my phone, I saw person after person being helped, including a gentleman and his daughter who apparently knew one of the customer service associate. A gentleman behind the counter manually entered them into the queue and they were the next ones helped ... not cool. I finally got up when the next person was called and told them I was 3rd in line 6 customers ago, although there were people that checked in before me and hadn't been helped either. The CSR checked the system and I wasn't even in it! They helped me next. My modem was so old, they couldn't replace it with the same equipment. The CSR had to remove the old one from the system and attach the newer one to my account ... something he apparently did not know how to do. After trying multiple times to get the system to accept the new modem, I suggested that he get some help. After someone helping him and another 10 minutes (47 minutes total), I finally left with the new modem. Fortunately, when I plugged it in at home, all connected devices recognized the device without any action on my part. My internet has been flawless since. Cox gets 2 stars for being open on Sunday and for the modem working right away. They seriously need to revisit their check-in procedure. I saw an older lady struggle for 10 minutes just trying to check-in. The other 2 items to address is better training (know your stuff or when to ask for help) and DO NOT ALLOW "FRIENDS" TO CUT THE LINE! I have said my peace and will post this review everywhere I can. Please try harder next time.

Rudest most ignorant workers. Especially the management, get off your phone once in your pathetic life. Verizon fios is better anyway. Better Internet. Better customer service all around.

This place is garbage, no one told me or anyone there is a sign in to be called up. Waited 10 to 20 min in line for a guy to yell at the customer supportvabout having to wait so long. This place should be shut down, such a waste if time. Wish I ca give 0 stars. Don't @ me.

I had the recent displeasure of returning my late mother-in-law's cable equipment. Let's just say I'm glad that I have Verizon. The person who "kindly" checked me in was extremely rude and the person at the counter spoke as if he had a mouth full of marbles, of course it could have been the gum he was chewing. What kind of business allows their associates to chew gum while working with the public? It's extremely unprofessional not to mention disgusting to see. If Cox were the only choice for cable I'd go without.

I moved and they told me they were unable to disconnect my service. I called every week until my bill was up to 330.00. Awful customer service.

I wish I didn't need to pay so much money to these people. They did try to get my bill down. I needed someone to come out to my house and they tried to charge me twice unbelievable

Got denied for a lower income discount but then applied to the government and got the discount. Went to switch to Verizon and then they applied the discount so Verizon couldn't give it to me for a month. Boooooo!

so after getting the wrong cameras after I asked for the doorbell cameras and a couple months trying to get the wiring done to install them I attempted to return my UNOPENED doorbell cameras with a receipt and was told after 14 days you can't return them... all set with that BS .. 14 days for something that takes weeks to get a contractor to do is asinine .. not good at all..

Nate is the best there is in customer service. Professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond too solve an issue with the connect assist program. After spending weeks in online chats and calling customer service, Nate fixed the issue quickly and with the utmost patience. He is a valuable asset to the company.

Went there after work to just pick up a modem after accepting a price online and they decided to bring the price up pretending there wasn’t such a deal. The manager jumped in and made me have to go thru the online app to find the conversation and in the meanwhile he was telling his employer to just exit out of the account, close the case and walking away…0 customer service, 0 management skills!. Extremely disappointed with his professionalism specially being the manager of the store! Thankfully the online team confirmed the price and I was correct with the deal given in the first place!
