The new manager Nicole is absolutely amazing. What she’s has done in the short time she’s been here is outstanding. The store is cleaner and the staff are so pleasant. Always saying hello and making sure I’ve found what I needed. I look forward to coming in for my coffee daily.

Staff is unpleasant in the morning hrs. ICE machine is always broken since the pandemic. Workers at not happy that they have to provide ICE in the back freezer. A lot of complaining and just a miserable staff in the last five years! Customers don't want to hear about how you hate your job and just complain about everything.
FOUNTAIN SODA MACHINE is gross. Mildew is growing inside water has not been cleaned out!

Coffee made me run for bathroom. Couple nice workers. Young male thought he was speech police. Nice shady spot behind to cool, sit, toke. Below average to average degenerate unfriendly customers. RI average.

This was an absolutely rotten experience. In 44 years I've had nothing but pleasant experiences at Cumberland Farms all over the state. However, my experience at this location was disgusting.There were two women working behind the counter, one older and one younger. I went in to get a couple of things, and my family came in and were getting coffee. It was the last Free Coffee Friday.The older lady first said to us, "Clean up after yourselves, your mother doesn't work here." We weren't making any mess in the first place, and the kids' mother was there, with us, so I assumed the lady was kidding, but she kept making comments under her breath to her younger coworker about us. It's not as if we weren't paying customers, I was purchasing a snack and a beverage from the cooler.She kept saying things weren't working that were actually working fine, and telling us not to use things that we weren't even using. I paid for my items and waited for my family by the door, and both women were actively making fun of my family while I was standing right there. Maybe they didn't know we were together, or didn't care that I heard.Either way, the whole experience was insulting and disrespectful, and it is my duty to tell everyone to avoid that foul place.The kids didn't make a mess. No one was rude to the employees, or even gave them a hard time, despite their unprofessional behavior.This was Friday, October 28th at around 9PM.

I've NEVER in my life experienced such rude awful employees! I will never go back to this Cumberland farms ever again! My children didn't see the out of order sign on the hot cocoa machine so we started trying to get some... they mocked my children and myself for it ! Then as we try to dump our cold hot chocolates she yells " you better clean up your mother doesn't work here" and continued to talk bad about us to every customer.on their way out. Rude comments and awful behavior they should be fired !!!!They made my kids so uncomfortable we just left. Disgusting

Long story short, I have never had problems at this location in the past until tonight, I used a card at the pump and it never went through to let me pump gas just took my money. I notified the woman inside who was working and she was not helpful at all and totally careless. Not only that but she chose to literally scream at me over some miscommunication, all the while I was polite to her the entire time. I am absolutely disgusted and will not return to this location as long as she is an employee there, and I was a regular customer.

The people who work here are great, but the store is disgusting and the cold drinks are not kept cold enough. I do not want a room temp red bull by the time I get to my car.

Becca & Terry MADE MY NIGHT!! Becca was super helpful on making sure I got the most out of my purchases. For example, when I bought a sandwich she quickly let me know I could get a free Pure Leaf tea! I went to grab a soda for my boyfriend and she let me know I could get some free chips with that too! Having employees who are knowledgeable and passionate at work, no matter what it is, is priceless. Thanks again ladies, I hope you guys have a great night and I will definitely be back to find more great deals... maybe some gas too!

Terrible customer care. The store manager is probably the slowest employee I have ever seen behind the counter at Cumberland farms. He is also rude and I would highly recommend that they find a new manager before this guy offends and chases away all the customers. The other employees are the only thing that keeps this store open and let's be honest with another Cumbys within a 5 minute drive this one should be shut down for good.
