Friendly service overall, but a few things could be improved. The bathroom could definitely use a little more attention when it comes to cleanliness. Also, it was a bit confusing trying to find a straw for my drink. After searching, I saw a sign that they were available behind the counter. It would be helpful if this was clearer upfront, especially since there’s no way to enjoy certain drinks without one. Just a small detail, but it makes a difference!

I would leave 5 stars for all the yummy things at low prices. HOWEVER. I come here after a long hard shift looking for my beloved empanadas and there are NONE. The other night I drove to 2 different cumberland farms for my empanadas. NOTHING. WHAT IS HAPPENING GET IT TOGETHER. I will leave 5 stars when I get my empanadas back.
I got my empanadas today. I hope to see this continue. Keep up the good work.

The pumps here are crap. It takes literally minutes to read credit card and touch reader doesn't work at all. Then to top it off receipts never work either. Fix your pumps!

I approached rude manager who claimed to pull camera and deny anycwrong doing
Reached out to the guest services and still haven't received a response

I have had two very specific disturbing instances of borderline sexual harassment by the same employee. When I told him off I thought it would stop but he continued to try to talk to me to “apologize” after. Overall there are maybe 1/2 employees that actually care about how they present themselves there. Tonight there was a young lady wearing a crop top and yoga pants as her uniform. At first I thought she was one of the workers girlfriend before I saw her name tag…I’m just aghast with the level of unprofessionalism. Not to mention it seems to be a popular hangout spot for the local homeless population. If it wasn’t the closet gas station to me I would avoid it all together. Day staff is much more professional…must be because management is on at that time of the day.

One of the worst Cumberland Farms I've ever had to deal with, most of the gas pumps are out of service and the food on the rollers is never ready for lunch time.

This is a Cumberland Farms you know what you're getting into. You got every energy drink, snack, and hot food you can choose. Their prices are a bit non competitive but their gas is high quality and somewhat local which is better than say giving your money to Exxon Mobile or Shell but ymmv. Their coffees are daily priced, the shelves are stocked and their air machines *usually* work. Decent. Also bathrooms are clean!!!!! And citizens ATMs inside if you're into that.

I am beyond upset. The woman behind the counter chewed ne out for not scratching off the spot where she or the store is supposed to scratch off. There were 5 and she said she has a big line" I will never walk in here again due to the poor treatment I received

“Open 24 Hours” until recently when I went there at 2am and the door was locked and a sign was posted that read “closed from 1am until 6am(the hours were something like that) due to short staff. I would think It is the Managers job to recruit and staff a location, right? So, in my opinion, manager should take responsibility and change the sign to read “ closed from 1am to 6am due to poor management that lacks the ability to staff a store”. Hey, it is what it is, if you can’t take the heat in the kitchen then get out! It really sucks to drive 10 min at that hour to a place you expect to be open and you wasted your time and fuel.
