See I paid in cvs for 30 pills $17 for every month and I got 300 pills from India only $10 do your math and see how much money CVS Making
And plus they texting us and inform us medication is ready which we not need and plus whatever we need they don’t have in stock specially codine cough medication
They think we are drug addiction
Honestly try Walmart is cheaper in all medicine then CVS please ,please don’t waste your money they Walmart even try or give discount on RX card if you don’t have any insurance
Mostly medicine they sale is made in India or Greece

This may be a sign of the times with all pharmacies and or healthcare but getting past these supposedly efficient automated systems that should weed out self help easy questions and actually speak to someone is awful . You have to leave a message and await a call back . Part of the bigger problem is insurance companies second guessing your own doctors knowledge and prescriptions and driving people nuts trying to get refills.

No problem with the pharmacy but the young woman at the front checkout doesn’t know what products are available. Told me there wasn’t any insect repellent in stock but there was. Asked about mosquito bite treatment and she told me she doesn’t THINK they sell it. I checked and found several different brands on the shelf. Cashier staff should have a way to verify what products are for sale and what quantities are available.

Oh the worst CVS in the state. If you have another choice, choose it. And if you see Cheryl behind the prescription pickup counter, get back in your car and go to the drive thru line. It will be much faster even if there are 7 cars in front of you. She knows how to ruin your evening.

The pharmacy has horrible customer service. I needed a refund because I paid out of pocket for my prescription and didn’t have my insurance card on me at the time. When I called to give the my FSA card number to pay for it, they gladly took the card number and told me to come in for a refund with my receipt. 2 days later I come in with my receipt for a refund and the lady is telling me I need to bring my prescription paper and the whole 9 or else she can’t do A SINGLE THING about it. After standing my ground for about 30 minutes, she did issue me a refund but lied about how she couldn’t do anything for me unless I brought her all of those things(which I didn’t) and refunded me in the end. Wasted 45 minutes arguing with them to get what was rightfully mine.(my hard earned money)

Pharmacy staff is rude. They always act like they are bothering them by calling or asking questions. I am always made to feel uncomfortable when I need certain medications I’m on. I transferred almost all of my prescriptions and would transfer the rest but then next nearest pharmacy closes too early and I get out of work too late, so the meds I can’t go without have to stay here for now unfortunately. There is one woman who works overnight who is so rude to people and I don’t understand how she has a job. Your job is a customer service job. If you don’t like customers, you should probably find a different career. You make vulnerable people feel terrible. My parents also consistently have issues with CVS but they don’t have a choice to leave their pharmacy. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. The only reason I’m giving a two star review is that some of the store staff is actually nice.

Dropped a script off at 4pm,was told 2hrs,went back at 8pm,they told me they were out of the medicine,and never called to tell us until i went to pick it up,then sent it to cranston instead of down the street to a warwick store.Not to mention the rude lady that usually works the pick up window.

I've been getting my prescriptions at this pharmacy for about 3 years now. Last night I went through the drive thru and was assisted by a pharmacist or a tech with short blonde hair. She was extremely helpful and informed me that a prescription discount card yielded a lower price than my insurance. I really appreciated that she thought to check into that for me. She saved me $10!

Outdated, poorly maintained building/storefront, but worst of all THEY NEVER HAVE MEDICATION IN STOCK. I don't even know why they bother having the pharmacy staffed. No matter how common or basic a medication is, they NEVER have it and advise it will take days or weeks to get anything. Pretty sure they are just lying so they don't have to do any work. Take your scripts elsewhere and save yourself the trouble of having to individually transfer each Rx your doctor sends to another location.
