When you have been let down w the pharmacy 1st for a scrip that was not my own because checking the birth date did not happen; 2nd for giving me a penicillin derivative when I am allergic to penicillin and it is on file with the pharmacy; 3rd Trying to speak to a pharmacist about prescriptions received today after surgery waiting over an hour no callback and not getting anywhere with all of the phone numbers for CVS.
When something serious happens to me because of CVS I’ll be hiring a lawyer cause nobody seems to take their job Professionally!

I went here recently to get my passport photo done, and I want to shout out Robin who works at this location. She was extremely helpful and so nice when it came to helping me, and she seemed to be the only person staffed, so not only did she check everyone out at the register, she took my photo and was multitasking over the store. She was super helpful!

Terrible experience. Prescription was sent in for a family member at 7am, she was having surgery. At 11:30 I went to pick up prescriptions, they said 2 out of 3 were ready but they needed 20 minutes for the last one. At 12:15 I went back, a different tech told me the same thing. When I told her I had already been there and told the same thing, the pharmacist immediately handed over the prescription. I want to be clear the pharmacy technicians at this location are not the problem the pharmacist is.

Pharmacy staff are the most unpleasant people I’ve ever dealt with. Awful service and poor attitudes. Extremely long wait times. Waited 20 min in line for them to go on lunch break at 127 when I pulled up to the window. Save your time and go elsewhere

More customer service associates & less assuming that your customers would prefer to self check out. The machines are always acting up, in turn causing the associates to have handle their respective registers as well as keep the self service customers happy at the same time. In the end it takes much longer for the customers to fully check out and leaves everyone from associates to customers frustrated

Pharmacist told me that my health wasn't an issue with me running out of my meds! Was told for over a week that my Doctor wasn't responding to refill requests. My doctor informed me that they never received ANY requests from cvs! Now I personally believe a Medical Professional over a wanted be Pharmacist!!

I went to the VA for treatment and their pharmacy did not carry the medication I required. So they supplied me with paperwork to allow CVS to fill the prescription and they would reimburse CVS. CVS pharmacy rejected the paperwork and charged the full amount. So if you are a Veteran using the VA Hospital Medical Center Pharmacy, dont take your prescriptions to CVS. Suggest you use Walgreens... thanks.

Call in a coupe prescriptions at 11 in the morning. Notified they are ready to pick up at 1. Arrive at 4 and not ready. Ridiculous.

Garbage pharmacy with garbage pharmacist. The only consistency is that they are consistently giving me incorrect medication or including broken pills in my pill count (I paid for 10 half pills instead of the 10 whole pills I was supposed to get in my 90 day supply). While you should always check your medication to ensure that what you receive is what you should be getting, ALWAYS check this location because you definitely won’t be getting all of what you pay for. They also waste your time by texting/ calling telling you refills or prescriptions are ready and they aren’t so they tell you wait a half hour. Three occasions the pharmacy manager “wasn’t in” and I was supposed to receive a call from them. SURPRISE. I’ve yet to receive a call. If my insurance didn’t say I needed to use CVS pharmacy I never would again.

Just whenI lost all hope with customer service, I spoke with Mr. David Shepard who went above and beyond with exceptional service. After many phone calls to 1800 cvs and Amazon Mr. Shepard helped me with a unreadable/unusable $50.00 gift card which I received as a gift and rectified the issue so I was able to finally use my gift card.Thank you Mr. Shepard!

Not 24 hours anymore. Recently had a prescription filled and they only gave me a 15 day supply instead of 30 day with no warning or notice. Confirmed with my doctor it should have been 30 day supply. Sat on hold for 15 min before just hanging up. They also messed up and shorted my sons prescription a few months ago. Do not recommend
