Same as at every CVS. 5 minutes to pick out what I need, and 10 minutes waiting in line. 2 people in front of me. A problem with coupons with the first person in line, and then I guy got carded because he was buying Listerine. And there was a problem scanning his ID. Note to CVS. Hire 2 more cashiers for every store you operate. Happens at every CVS. Almost no exceptions. Two self checkout kiosks, only one working. The other had a person standing at it with the service light flashing. I only go to CVS when I have to. THE CHECKOUT PROCESS SUCKS! It is comical.

Just don't expect the outside pharmacy to be open anymore. Don't show up with your dogs and have to leave your car running with the keys in it. I understand short staffing. But just be advised not to expect the drive up pharmacy to be open. This happened to me on Providence Street too. FYI to others.

My experience has been horrible. I am here working for 60 days and is type 2 diabetic. My doctor called a prescription for Ozempic which they never fulfilled. I had to use Trulicity which I am allergic to; what’s itching and soreness compared to not being able to treat my diabetes.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. The lady at the prescription pick up is useless. Please get people that know what they are doing vs just saying I can't do it... Walmart is where it is at

Excruciatingly incompetent. Dr called in scripts at 9:45 in the morning, two prescriptions.Walgreens has had really limited hours so I asked her to place them at CVS. This is my first CVS experience. I never received a call or a text throughout the day so I called at 4pm to see if the prescription was ready. I was on hold for about four minutes (why the blaring and annoying hold music/hold messages? Are you just trying to get us to hang up, we’re calling for a reason you know ) before the pharmacy got to me. The person I spoke with at first spoke with that tone where you just know they have no clue what they are talking about, said that there was one prescription that was processing,. I said there should be two, then she said oooooh wait I found another one. Okkkkkay. She said she saw what the problem was, my insurance wouldn’t cover the prescription the way it was written (really? That’s weird) I said what is the difference in cost, then without saying a word she put me back on hold with the blaring hold music/hold messages. Then somebody else came back on after about 10 minutes, I’m not exaggerating My phone was actually getting hot from being on hold for so long, and said that the actual problem was that they didn’t have my prescription there at the pharmacy so she could either transfer it or what did I want to do. So all day they didn’t have the product, instead of just calling me and saying we need to move it they just did nothing, The entire CVS phone menu, incompetence, rude people it’s just unbelievable. Someone tell me a good spot to get my prescriptions filled. You don’t even need to be nice, brusque competence is all I’m asking for. CVS you are the worst. I am now sitting in the parking lot of the CVS where I was told the prescription would be transferred to because of course it is not ready at 6:15.

Small store, never any help to be found. Their hours often don’t match what they list.

CVS really needs some major effort in their software. They also need to have better customer focus groups to test out concepts or change. With all their changes they are nothing but annoying and the customer service misses the concept of customer and service

The managers were able to tackle an issue that the system created after I returned a few items. CVS’s extra bucks system is flawed and things show up on receipts after returns (seemingly) at random. The staff worked with me to ensure that I left with a more appropriate product and that I didn’t incur additional charges

This CVS was my pharmacy for almost 30 years, but I left for two reasons. When COVID was raging last year, someone was in there without a mask, and I pointed it out to an employee. She said, "We were ordered by corporate not to say anything to an unmasked customer", even though there were signs on the door requiring masks. And this is an establishment that provides health care products?!? The last straw was finding out that CVS has been donating to legislators in Texas who voted for their highly restrictive anti-abortion law. Never again. I switched to Suburban Pharmacy in Warwick, which is independently-owned and has been around for decades, and they treat you with respect. Very glad I defected.

What is the point of this store? Granted is is structurally smaller but the chosen smaller inventory is insufficient. Then of course there is the non- existent cashier and one is forced to wait in lines of 6 deep while others figure out the self service register. You have to search the store for someone to help you with a UPS package, a "service" CVS offers. The hours at this store are shorter than most.

The pharmacy staff of younger girls that work there is awful! Wow what attitudes!! I’m not even going to describe what happened to me completely but one of the girls was so put out because I was after a customer she just had and didn’t see me in line, I guess. She was going to turn around to do something but then spotted me standing there and ROLLED HER EYES right in front front of me like I was bothering her!! Are you kidding me?! Another incident is that I received a message that my prescription was ready, I went there and another younger girl was like, nope! You don’t have one! I said, but the automated system called me and said it was ready. She said, nope! Looks at her screen further and goes, you have to have your doctor send in a prescription because it needs approval. Me: ummm, okaaay, why did I get that automated thing telling me it was ready??? She acted like I should’ve known this. How about you get your automated system working correctly?!!!! Maybe this is all CVS pharmacy could hire with everyone not working. Sad. However, the front register people doing the regular store are super nice people. I go there still, but cringe when I get to the pharmacy.
